Huge progress in a short time!
I started using this product about a week ago and my irritation bump is pretty much gone! I didn't take pics on Day 1 because it looked so awful, but I'm wearing a 4mm threadless end and the bump was just as big. Safe to say I was desperate! I'd tried an oil in the past that worked, but then stopped working. I decided to try this because I've always felt my bump was due to trapped moisture since I've been dealing with gnarly allergies. Finally got some meds that work and decided to tackle this with salt, since that just made sense to me! On Day 1, I attempted a soak, but man that's difficult with a nose piercing, so I decided to follow other review's advice and made a paste with this and saline spray. I used ~1/8 tsp of the Urban ReLeaf & ~2ish quick sprays of saline spray. I left it on for 10 mins, 3x that day, then rinsed with fresh, warm water, followed by a quick saline spray, then wiped clean with gauze. On Day 2, I did the same, but increased the time I left the paste on to 30 mins. When that seemed to work & not irritate anything, I upped it to 45 mins on Day 3, and finally to 1 hour on Day 4. I'm really not comfortable leaving things on overnight since you can't troubleshoot if things aren't going well. This seemed to work for me. It's Day 7 & the bump is pretty much gone! I'm going to watch it closely, but here's hoping it's gone for good! And if it flares up again, I'll use this right away!

Its like Magic. 💯 love this product
I read a lot of the reviews and I made a paste with it. I used my saline wash NeliMed to make my paste a little of this powder about a tsp or so and a few drips of the saline wash and mix it was a little watery i used to much solution the first time. It stung a little for a few minutes but it quit stings and started helping a lot within minutes. I put it on my daith piercings that were infected, swollen, and inflamed over night. And used their earrings solution and I haven't had any more problems. It took the infection, inflammation, swelling and tenderness away within 2 days. They are healing nicely. I absolutely love this product. Can't wait to try more of their products. I use the earrings solution twice a day every day now. I started with the solution 3 to 4 times a day and the paste overnight every night for about a week. I bought a small spray bottle and sterilized it and put my solution in it and now I spray my ears twice each and a Q- tip to clean them. I hope this helps someone else. ♥️. P.S. If you make a batch of solution get glass bottles to store your product (preferably spray for me). The directions make a gallon I believe. And I'd lightly boil distilled water so the powder dissolves completely, let cool a bit and put in glass bottles or Mason Jars.

Works really well
Honestly works so well. I have a bunch of new ear piercings from the last the last 6 months and they’re all temperamental — a rook, a forward helix, an upper helix, a flat and a tragus — and my third lobes (which were no biggie). The third lobes are the only ones that don’t bother me or end up with occasional piercing bumps. It’s been 18 years since I had a new piercing and turning 36 made me want to do more, I’m not sure why! Obviously, all my old ones were done with crappy Claire’s piercing guns, and these were down properly with needles — but I feel like I was far more diligent about aftercare/not sleeping on them, etc., back then. I’ve done all the right steps — trying to regularly clean with sterile saline, sizing down, etc., but every now and then, I’m getting a bump or notice one or two of them are bothering me. I mix some of this concentrate with water and soak, and literally *the next day* it’s back to normal. I can’t say that will be everyone’s experience, but for me, it has worked like a charm. I’ve had to soak a couple of times (3-4 days in a row) to fully get rid of piercing bumps — but any discomfort or swelling is resolved in less than 24 hours of using it once. I had purchased and tried some different sterile piercing and bump sprays and a bump and keloid solution — they did nothing. This actually works. This stuff is great and I’d buy it again— but I still have plenty!!

Works but requires patience.
Update: My previous review was almost a month ago. I diligently used this product, and my piercing bump has almost disappeared. What I did: (see previous review) I started taking a q tip, spraying it with sterile saline wound wash, and dipping it into this product, then dabbing it on my piercing. I slept that way, and also would do it if I had time through the day. It does burn, sort of like getting alcohol in a cut. Within about a month and a half the nasty bump I acquired has almost completely healed. There is still a very small spot but you can't even tell it is there. Try it, keep using it, and see what you think. It took several times of the bump bursting, filling back up, and reapplying this stuff to see a difference. I have been using this for about 3 weeks now. A few things to know: I've had my nose piercing for about 5 months. I tried to change my nose piercing too early and basically had to force the piercing into my nose which really hurt and thats when the the piercing bump appeared. I have tried everything on it, and it just kept swelling and looking quite terrible. I don't think it's a keloid as it sometimes fills up with blood. I tried using this product as directed (mixing it with water ) and it didn't seem to do anything. So I started making a paste out of it with my sterile saline solution and applying it to my piercing and leaving it on there for a few minutes at a time, a couple times a day. The second time I did it, it caused the pustule to burst and all the blood finally drained out of it. I continued to clean with saline and use this product as a paste. It has not made the entire bump go away , but it does seem to keep the swelling to a bare minimum. It actually looks the best it has in months right now. Will update the review if anything changes over the next couple weeks. P.S. it does burn a bit but I don't mind.
