Shampoo great but didn’t survive delivery
I love this product, but when I opened up my box with other things in it, the purple shampoo leaked everywhere. Not enough to return it, but I did lose a lot of product and it did get on the other thing that I bought This Item should definitely be wrapped before sending

Works great on gray and colored hair
I got this toning shampoo for my mom, and she loves it! It really helps keep the yellow tones out of her gray and colored hair. After just a few uses, her hair looks brighter and more vibrant. It doesn’t dry out her hair like other purple shampoos sometimes do. The scent is pleasant too. For the price, it’s an excellent product and she plans to keep using it regularly.

Shampoo good- bottle is FRAGILE
Shampoo may be great - but it was ordered with another item & this bottle leaked = as other customers have stated. Not broken, but cap was crushed into (down inside) the bottle & leaked abundantly without ANY damage at all on the box. (??) Packaged item shipped with this bottle came in it's own box wrapped in plastic, so not ruined - but, oh! what a mess! This shampoo bottle NEEDS double wrap!
