Is Amazing. Loved the design and potential. Bigger than expected. Good for 4 dwarf hamsters. Just don't drop it.
I have looked at almost all the hamster habitats available in Amazon before I really fell in love with this cute, simplistic one. As an adult who owns dwarf hamsters, most designs are way too vibrant in colors and seemed very childish. But this was perfect.I was concerned at first that this would be too small for the 4 baby hamsters Im taking in from my friend, but this came WAY bigger than expected. There was a whole living and play space behind the wheels, which I didn't notice when purchasing and thought there wasn't enough room infront of the wheels for the hamsters to move around. Really turned out even better than expected.I liked it at first because I saw how people can attach new habitats to it easily and thought if there isn't enough space, I can always get extensions. It was slightly hard to put together. I misunderstood the instructions a few times and thought I lost a (non-existent) part of the water dispenser. But for how many small part there was for this, it made it full of potential. If I didn't like the top part, I don't have to put it on. I can switch things around. I can take off the wheels for more space to put accessories. It was fun for me just to come up with all these ways to mix things around. My hamsters LOVED this cage. They loved sleeping in the tubings, in the water area, in the food. It was slightly hard for the babies to get up the tubes but they slowly learnt to. The depth of this cage allows me to put lots of beddings and they like to burrow in it.The only thing was that it was slightly vulnerable to free falling. My cat toppled it when it tried to get up my bookshelf and it fell into pieces. thankfully they are all safe because the water area did not break apart and they are ALL sleeping in it. The cat couldn't get to them at all (the fall scared it away anyways), but it resulted a crack on the food dispenser. It was not too noticeable though.Would definitely look into getting extensions for them once I find a better place to put them.P.S. cleaning of the tubes are not too bad. they cant get the vertical ones dirty, and the short ones are short enough to be wiped off from both ends. The joints DOES store dirt and you would need to take them apart from time to time to wipe it off. But it was generally easy since you can make use of the two levels.

BEST EVER.
this is a really great habitat for my mice. though my mice had to get used to climbing the tubes at first (don't expect your critter to immediately know how to climb up; try tilting the tubes to give them a learning curve).only thing is that the plastic feels very brittle. i'm afraid i'll crack the tubes accidentally when i'm cleaning them or something.on the subject of cleaning, everything is absolutely so easy to clean. i leave parts in a bucket of hot/warm water and oil and waste stains just fall off. i wipe everything down with pet cage cleaning agents afterward and everything is sparkling clean.my mice love the habitat. there are so many places for them to cuddle up into. they especially love the attached cozy ball area. as do i, because it is such easy access to get to my mice.the wheel is absolutely quiet! no squeaking or anything. perfectly silent.what else is there...oh. so the water dispenser does occasionally drip. but my mice have learned to place bedding underneath the drip to soak up the water. so i don't really have a problem with it. also, it's great that the water can be separated from the mice's main living area so nothing else gets damp.oh. so my main gripe would be that my locking tubes, though they lock very well, they are not tight enough to keep the tubes from sitting at an angled position. so i can only have directly vertical, or directly horizontal. any other angle will slip and fall to a horizontal position (it falls slowly though).i had a chance to interact with a larger habitrail ovo suite, and found that with the larger tubes the locking tubes were able to keep them at any angle.so it seems that the smaller tubes don't work as effectively with the locking rings when compared with the larger habitrail ovo tubes.well, i love the thing regardless. the traveling suite is great too for carrying my mice to their larger family at a neighbor's house.overally, my mice and i love this.
