I sure wish it tasted better, because it definitely seems to help with seasonal allergies. I’m a long-time seasonal allergy sufferer from the spring pollen in the southeast and have historically taken loratadine all season long. I wanted to try another route besides OTC antihistamines this year, and a nightly cup of this tea along with a quercetin & nettle leaf supplement seems to be doing the trick. I started both at the first blush of spring to get ahead of it and I’ve been impressed with how little I’ve noticed my allergies. Sometimes I brew a big cup of this with a bag of something else like lemon zinger so I can enjoy the taste more, but it’s not so bad on its own with a little honey, once you get used to it.

I make big pots of tea using 4 bags of Dandelion Leaf and Root Tea, 2 bags of Nettle Leaf and 2 pages of Tumeric/Ginger Tea, all from Traditional Medicinals, and drink it all the time. What a great combo for staying keeping the body functions flowing and detoxing all the time. Been doing this for years and will continue to do so. Good quality and I buy the packages of 6 boxes so I am good for months.

This is an excellent brand of teas. Their quality is superb and packaging shows care in how the handle ingredients. I appreciate this from a medicinal tea point of view. When using medicinal teas you want purity and quality absolutely. I'd discovered through my research that Nettle Herbal Leaf Tea is very good for the heart and its circulation system. So this is why I drink it. Trying for a cup a day. The flavor isn't delightful; but also not distasteful; and why you drink it isn't necessarily for taste. I'd recommend this product if you're looking for some of the best teas available.
