You can’t go wrong with Camellia!
The best beans for cooking red beans or white beans because of the creamy flavor at the end. A little expensive due to the name brand, but worth every penny if you want high quality foods. I rarely have to pull out spoiled or bruised dry beans before soaking them in water.

Beautiful and Healthy
These are beautiful baby limas. I have used both of them already. I made ham and bean soup with one package, and my husband was so impressed, he requested another batch within a week. I soaked them overnight first, poured off the soaking water, rinsed and then followed the simple, yet so delicious recipe. It doesn't get any easier than that. I was so impressed - not one rock, and I only pitched one - only one - bean, because it had a few little spots on it. There is just something about beautiful baby limas; I think they're just a better, more attractive variety of beans. I would recommend these to anyone.

Amazon has the best services and low prices.
I cannot find dried baby limas at my grocery stores. My husband ordered these from Amazon and I made bean soup. It was delicious! I just expected all grocers to have it, like when you want split pea soup you can buy the dried peas at the grocery store. I'm glad I had the option of ordering online. Fast service, perfect condition and convenient.
