What’s the difference between xl and non xl?

HP says up to 200 pages for the non xl and up to 600 pages for the xl. So I guess its larger with more ink.

Does it fit to an envy 5012?

No. The HP Envy 5012 printer needs the HP 65 or 65XL black and tricolor ink cartridges.

What’s the difference between 64 XL & 64?

The XL lasts longer and you can print more before you need to replace the cartridge.

Is this dye or pigment ink?? Nothing anywhere says anything about the type of ink it is! I want to know for labels. I need pigment ink!

I am a former HP employee in the inkjet division. This is not pigment ink. The 64 and 64XL series cartridges are dye-based inks. They are great for general use. Not quite as lightfast as pigment-based inks. To my knowledge there are no pigment-based inks available for the Envy or Tango series printers.
