I'm been ordering vitamins and minerals from Puritan Pride for years! Unfortunately, they where out-of-stock of Vit K, but I found that I could get it on Amazon, so I ordered it here. The reason I've been using it for absolutely years, is because when I was in my 30s (I'm now in my 70s), I would get bruises on my figures which would swell up and turn purple and feel like sausages! Not a pleasant feeling. They have been working for me and since I do not take a blood thinner, they continue to work great! I do like the Puritan Pride products and usually order directly from them, but this helped me get through their short time of being out-of-stock.
