The answer to storing sink objects
Great for containing a veggie brush in the back part and a sponge in the front part. Has plenty of air circulation, which is not always easy to find in a sink contraption, and comes apart for periodic cleaning if needed. It's not beautiful but is attractive enough and blends in. Does the job well.

Scrub Daddy Fits!
I had a similar caddy before but I started using the scrub daddy and there wasn't a place for it. I don't like sponge holders in the sink. When I found this one, I was ecstatic (middle age has made it so I'm excited over storage items) and it's perfect. The top holds my miscellaneous brushes for straws and such and it drains so mildew doesn't build up. It's easy to take the base off to empty and wipe out. Love it. Buy it if you're picky and don't like your sponges in or on your sink. The scrub daddy is a bit snug in it but not so that it's worth not having this. Could work great for toothpaste and toothbrushes too.

Almost perfect
I really like this thing to hold my sponge and dish brushes. It has holes and a drain tray so it doesn’t accumulate water into the cup. The only downside is that the drip tray is not removable, so there is a risk of mold growing inside. You can tip it to drain it through a small spout but I don’t know if that is going to be good enough to prevent mold. I like the sponge holder, but I wish it was a little wider so my scrub daddy fit in it. Right now I have to force it in there to fit so it doesn’t try properly. Decent quality tho

Holds brushes tightly
I have 4 brushes being held in the Caddy and they are in there tightly - you have to hold the Caddy to pull one of the brushes out. There is an area in the front to hold a sponge.

Great design!
I looked a long time for just the right kitchen caddy and am glad I found this one. It has a nice design and is just the right size for my needs. I use it to store a scrub brush for dishwashing, a bottle brush, a brush for cleaning straws, and a swedish dishcloth. I like the rubber gear design that makes it easy to keep my small straw brush standing upright. Easy to clean and a great value.

A few thoughts after two years
I've had this caddy for two years now, and there are some definite pros and definite cons:Pros:It looks pretty nice. The white and gray color goes well in my kitchen. It is sturdy and good quality and has lasted for two years without any breakage, staining, or rusting of the metal bar at the front. I'd expect it to last several more years. There is a drain tray underneath that detaches easily for cleaning.Cons:The curved shape of the brush section means that it's difficult to fit more than two brushes. I have a brush for general cleaning, a brush for veggies, and a brush for cleaning bottles. It's always kind of awkward getting the third brush in and out.The rubber "teeth" in the brush cup makes removal difficult at times. I think these are intended to keep brushes from falling over or falling out of the cup, but this could be achieved by making the brush cup a bit taller - though I think even without the extra height it would probably be fine for most brushes. As it is, the rubber catches on the brushes, which means that I often have to use two hands to remove a brush - unless I want to pick up the entire caddy and send the other contents flying. If you use that popular smiley scrub man sponge - you know the one - it won't fit in the sponge area of this caddy. The space on this caddy for your sponge is too narrow for just my smiley scrub man, let alone for my green scouring pad as well. This is the deal breaker for me and the reason I'm searching for a different caddy now. What is the point if I can't store all the things I need this to store? Especially the one thing I use more often than anything else!Overall, this is a good product if it'll work for what you use in your kitchen. But for many, this is going to be cumbersome to use and too small to store what is needed.
