Always top notch with Delta and Delta products they are the only products that my company uses. I prefer to buy Delta from the big box stores as you get the rough in valve with the trim kit but sometimes you're in a bind on a project and you need a different trim kit ASAP that nobody has in stock.

I bought this set for an apartment bathroom because it looks good, my plumber likes the brand, and it's so reasonably priced I had to at least try it out. Plumbers like Delta and a couple of others because they're easy to install and maintain, and reportedly reliable as any. I am surprised and glad to see that it really is pretty in the stainless finish, and the main pieces - handle, trim plate, spout are actually brass, not plastic. The shower head appears to be brass-clad, though I'm not certain. It's certainly not plastic. I don't write many reviews, but I do read them before I buy, and I do see a lot of apparently fake ones. This review is for the buyer who really wanted to know how durable-seeming this kit's materials are, and I have to say, I'm impressed, especially for the price.

We bought this shower head for our plumber to install. Went back and forth between this model and another one that cost almost double and had an extra lever on the mixer that could change the water pressure. I can honestly say I'm really happy with this one and I know our plumber said it was easy to install with the delta universal valve. Very pleased with this purchase and it cost less on Amazon than getting it from the plumbing supply shop or direct from the plumber.

This worked great to update our 20+ year old original bathroom fixtures. I was a little worried about the fit, considering other reviews, but our house was built in 2003 and these fit perfectly. My only issue was that they say (and are categorized) as brushed nickel finish, but it truly is just a brushed stainless. So if you're matching the nickel warm tones, this will not match exactly. It coordinates, and worked for us since it was in the tub and the rest of the nickel stuff is out in the bathroom, but we're going to get a new neck for the shower that is actually the nickel color. I'm guessing that Delta just doesn't subscribe to nickel--at least not in this price point.

Replaced my old Chrome set with this. Looks good! It even came with a new cartridge. I wish it had an overflow and drain too but I purchased separately.

Good deal

Must be used with a comparable Delta valve (I used the R10000-UNBX tub/shower valve). I wouldn't buy either again. The trim ring, handle, and shower head pipe are metal and very nice. But the shower head is plastic and average at best. The tub spout is also plastic and poor quality. Instructions to install are for a myriad of different Delta part numbers and not easy to follow.

Description says rough valve included, thats not the case, prepare for additional expense.
