no, Stickshift only....no provision for the automatic trans cooler....you could use this of you plumb the old radiator lines to a aftermarket trans cooler like something from B&M.

Will this work on a 2014 v6 with an automatic tramsmission?

This radiator is designed with manual transmission vehicles in mind and does delete the in-radiator automatic transmission cooler. If your vehicle requires that cooler, it must be adapted to an external one. This can be accomplished in multiple ways, but we recommend our part/model number MMTC-U, which is a kit that comes with everything needed to complete that.
