While Pruvit is expensive.
I chose to buy this for the mitochondrial electrolyte with great taste. You get a 30 day supply if you drink one packet a day. THAT IS something that you can not get from any of the other electrolytes. Mito/Plex to me is the best of the best. I have done the NAT to help loose weight. It does work. I am not sh..ing you. But it is expensive. If you decide to try both or just the Mito/Plex. You will be happy. Mito/Plex is 65.00 but if you order on Amazon You will get a discount after they deliver to you 4 times. The discount will be close to 10.00. Not sure the savings on the keto drink Nat. 154.00 Now. I joined Pruvit two- three years ago. The Mito/Plex was 30.00 through Pruvit now 65.00 The Nat was 125.00 now it is 154.00. All taste excellent. I don’t have the money to keep buying. It is a super good product. The cost is the same on Amazon as it is in the Pruvit store site.

Added with NAT it’s a great way to challenge yourself to lose weight.
It’s a bit pricey… but I lost weight using this with NAT in a bottle of water 2x daily. It only lasts for 10 days.

Tastes good, seemed refreshing. I thought I was helping my mitochondrial health... I did not realize that the product I had been using for months (along with their ketones) had cat's claw in it which is immunostimulating and aggravates autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis. Guess what? After months of use, having previously been relatively okay, I had new brain and spine lesions and corresponding disability. Might or might not be unrelated, but sucks that I was ingesting something unwittingly that is so bad for me. I contacted Pruvit for a refund and to request a warning be put on the packaging but heard nothing back.
