This product is phenomenal and quite tasty. It is not a quick fix - It definitely took a few weeks of daily use to kick in but my neck feels significantly better. I plan to continue using it. Highly recommend!

Exceptional, minus the taste. The taste is horrible! It does not dissolve in water, cold or hot. The first time I tried it I couldn't finish it and had to dump it out, which made me upset. However, I did find that if I mix it in with yogurt, it is actually quite good. It does not taste at all like lemonade, but in yogurt the taste is much more muted and not so overly sweet. I havn't tried it in a protein shake yet, but I'm going to try that next. As for the formula, I believe this is very well made. I think that it will work based on the other positive reviews here. Perhaps, I will come back in 3 months and update this review.

The taste and chalkiness is awful.

It has been 6 weeks since I started taking these vitamins and I have to say, they have been life changing. The aches and pains I was having in my back have improved greatly. I am able to do yoga and other activities again without feeling terrible the next day. I highly recommend trying these vitamins if you suffer from any spine or joint pain.

You have to give it time but this stuff really works! It took me two months and I'm so glad I stuck with it. This supplement (along with physical therapy) has helped to improve my range of motion and quality of life.

This is a great product. This company really did their research when developing this supplement. I would tell anyone considering this product to give it time. It is no replacement for surgery (as the company makes clear), but it is great for maintenance. This stuff really works.

I took this for two days and my stomach, bloated and cramped. Plus I had diarrhea. I would not buy this product. Then I tried to get a refund on it and you cannot return it if you cannot take it.
