I believe the pillow search is over
Tired of looking at memory foam and expecting a miracle. The memory foam neck pillows all make my head lay at a weird angle, makes it hard to sleep and my neck hurts worse. This pillow has a low spot for your head to be cradled in while supporting my neck. I can lay on my back or side comfortably!! First night I did get up to readjust the fiber to soften the neck support....I slept through the night. Which is amazing for me, I never sleep through the night. Second night a little more adjusting and again I slept through the night....and so did my cat....yes, these pillows are a cat magnet. *As per the other reviews, fiber pillows go flat. It just happens after a while. Fluff them or move fiber around until it is better. *The seams on the pillow are not super secure....they do look like they might come undone...just reinforce them. Needle and thread and some ugly stitches, lol, it works. The pain in my neck is not gone but it is less, and I sleep through the night. As with all fiber pillows, I know eventually it will go flat and fluffing will not fix it after a certain point. I am more than happy to buy a new pillow more often if it actually helps me sleep and have less neck pain.

Works better than $100 pillows
I almost never write a review but I had to write one for this pillow. It's completely exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend it enough. I have cervical degeneration and I have been dealing with neck pain for years. I've been through many pillows, some of them costing $100. This pillow works better than anything I've purchased previously. It works better than expensive memory foam pillows. I've used it for about five nights now and I wake up with no neck pain at all. Not even neck stiffness. I got the medium size and I love that it's actually pillow shaped, does not require any unique pillow cases. I just use the cases I already have. I followed the manufacturer provided instructions for how to fluff the pillow to my liking and it now feels like it was made for me. If you're weighing this option versus more expensive ones I would definitely go with this pillow first.

Your Sleep IS Worth The Money!
Had truly helped my neck and back pains. It is still a cheaper version of these "types" of pillows but I am honestly so grateful for this pillow cause I was waking up every single morning with migraines and neck aches. Almost every night was waking up at 3am with a soreness that I couldn't help. I even had to see a massage therapist a few times for pains from sleeping wrong. But AFTER changing over pillows, I have not had the same issues. The migraines in the mornings stopped the morning after my first night with the pillow. The neck soreness and back aches and waking up in the middle of the night have stopped too! Only reason it has 4 stars over 5 stars is it's not SUPER easy to side sleep but this pillow has literally helped me feel "normal" again. If you are questioning "do I buy it?" - the answer is yes! Your sleep IS worth the money.

It gives me headaches and neck pain
I bought this pillow thinking it would help relieve neck pain but instead it gives me even worse neck pain and big headaches almost everyday. The stuffing is very hard and the fabric is very stiff. I'm assuming your head is supposed to fit in the middle part of the donut of the pillow, but the stuffing is so thick and stiff and hard that I don't think it's lining up correctly where it should be. Either way, it's a terrible pillow, it gives me pain, and I wasted money.

Well-made, but may not work for everyone
It’s hard to give something like a pillow a star rating, when everyone’s opinion is so objective. Here are my thoughts. I’m used to a flat pillow, which is great for my neck when lying on my back. I struggle with migraines, and I do routinely have headaches with an overstuffed pillow. However, when I sleep on my side I don’t have the support I need with a flat pillow, so I decided to try this. It is well-made, and did not have smell. It was in sealed packaging. It is firmly stuffed, which most people probably need. However, that hurt my ear, and made it hard to sleep on the part I should be sleeping on for my side. I even would use the hole in the middle for my ear and it still hurt. I have a fairly long neck, so the head hole in the middle fit ok if I was careful, but for someone with a short neck it may not be placed correctly. There are two sides to the pillow for more or less beck support which is nice. Overall, it’s a nice product, but it did not work for me, so I’m returning it. Don’t let my experience discourage you if you think it may work for you—hopefully some of the details here will help!

Best pillow on the market
My body is pretty much a mess and a good night's sleep is hard to get due to past injuries. I am both a back sleeper (due to a broken lumbar vertebra and misaligned cervical vertebrae) and a side sleeper (left side due to two reconstructive surgeries in my right shoulder and some broken ribs on the right side). I spent years sleeping directly on the floor without a mattress and with my legs raised to prevent my spine seizing up. I have tried pretty much every "orthopedic" pillow on the market since the mid-'90s and most work well for either back or side sleep - claims regarding pillow comfort are generally greatly exaggerated. Only the Core Products pillows (recommended by my chiropractor) actually delivered on their promise to provide sufficient support no matter how you like to sleep. Tempurpedic is great for mattresses but terrible for neck support as it compresses quickly and stops providing support after about a half hour. And some of the dedicated high-tec pillows are great once you're "in position" but just too uncomfortable when shifting body position during the night, with the result that I would wake up many times each night. I've been using the large version of the TriCore for years but it doesn't fit easily in any of my pillow cases and it's just a couple inches too wide for me - when I roll onto my side my cheek doesn't quite make it up onto the thicker side padding. So when it came time to replace it I went with the medium size and it's perfect. In order to pick the best size for you, try lying on your back with a piece of paper under your head, then rolling to one side, mark where the tip of your nose is above the paper, then do the same thing on the other side. That gives you the best pillow width for your body. As far as the firmness/ thickness of the cervical roll, that's a little tougher to figure out before buying, but the nice thing about the TriCores is that every pillow has two options - one of the long edges of the pillow has a very firm cervical roll, the other has a softer cervical roll. I actually use my TriCore "upside down" (compared to the product photo and compared to the intended sleeping position). The company doesn't do a very good job of telling people just how adaptable this pillow is. If it doesn't work in one position, flip it over and try it the other way. It takes a few nights to get used to any new pillow design. I'm one of those people who said "I've never a met a pillow too firm for me" so I ordered the standard (firm) density on this new TriCore - lo and behold, the (intended) cervical roll was too firm for me, but the roll along the other edge was perfect. That actually works out great because as the pillow compresses over time, I will eventually shift to the firmer edge of the pillow. I know how frustrating it can be to lose sleep because you're fighting the pillow's design. This pillow was the right solution for me. I hope it works for you too.

Very firm!!!
The good: this pillow will not lose its shape and the filling will stay firm no matter what you do to it. The bad: see above. Even with following directions and pushing some of the foam to the sides it still was not comfortable. In fact doing what they say to do to adjust it just makes the sides that much bigger and more uncomfortable. I tried all their tricks like dancing on it, pushing the foam around, etc.. I even RAN OVER IT WITH MY CAR a few times to try to soften & flatten it a little bit but nope it sprang right back up. The pillow is EXTRA FIRM and there is no give to it. There is no way to remove some filling as it is sewed on all sides. I will probably try cutting it open and pulling some out to see if that helps. If not it will get tossed in the charity bin or I might use it under a saggy couch cushion for extra support.

Excellent Pillow!
The pillow is a great support, the shape is very well put together, the pillow is adjustable, the quality is great; and the pillow is washable. I am thankful to find such a great versatile well shaped pillow. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is the pillow when you're ready to get serious about neck pain.
After just one night with this pillow I know it will be my forever pillow. Yes, it's firm, but it's very comfortable and it cradles my head and supports my neck so perfectly that I feel this pillow was made just for me! I can sleep on my back or my side and it still supports me better than my expensive memory foam pillow ever did. I had a great night's sleep and my neck feels soooo much better than it has in a long time - after only one night. I was worried when I ordered it because of all the warnings but I'm so glad I did. UPDATE - 1 week later and I am convinced this is the best pillow I have ever had. I can never go back to foam now.

Excellent neck support but doesn’t last
From the very first night I slept on it, the relief in my neck was fantastic. My neck feels good in the morning and my arms no longer numb when I wake up. I did find out this was a fluke on my part. As a week later my pillow got flipped when remaking the bed and it took a few nights before I found the correct side for me. A suggestion I would make, is once you find the best side, to mark it so you know how to place the pillow. Update: the center neck support filling gradually moves to the side. I was fixing it weekly, then slowly progressing to fixing it every night. after six months of use, I can’t seem to adjust it correctly, I no longer get the restful sleep or neck relief. It has now joined the pile of pillows I no longer use.

It takes a few days to get used to it, but overall, it feels good.

Working better than anything else I've tried
I habitually sleep on my side but in a definite fetal position that is not good for my neck or shoulders. Most typical pillows don't work for me to sleep on my back because they are too thick, putting a kink in my neck. Thin ones don't prevent my head from flopping from one side to the other. This one mostly solves both problems. I got the medium one. The longest edge is slim enough to avoid a neck kink but the sides are high enough to prevent my head from flopping side to side. The long edge is still just a little to high for me. I wish I had ordered the small one. I haven't yet tried massaging the filling from one area to another, as is suggested by the instructions. Overall, not perfect but it's come closer than anything else I've tried.
