We love Redmond relyte! It’s so much better than other hydration brands out there because they are more transparent on ingridients! Plus, it doesn’t have the added/hidden sugars! It dissolves great and I don’t even use a shaker cup most of the time, just a regular water bottle. Its flavor is salty, but can be adjusted with extra water if you prefer. I have used it for long endurance runs and rucks, and feel it’s very effective at keeping me hydrated. I feel the price is on par with other brands, except you’ll get more bang for your buck here with their exceptional ingredients!

I absolutely love REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolytes! After trying several electrolyte drinks over the years, this one stands out because of the clean ingredients and amazing effectiveness. There’s no junk, no artificial sweeteners, and you can actually taste the difference compared to other brands. I started using it for hydration during my intermittent fasts and now first thing in the morning, and it makes a noticeable difference in how I feel throughout the day. I have more energy, fewer headaches, and it really helps prevent that sluggish, dehydrated feeling. Another huge plus is that it contains real Redmond salt, which provides a great balance of electrolytes without being overly salty or sugary. Several flavors to choose from, however my personal favorite is pina colada So yummy and refreshing!! I drink this every single day, and it's become part of my daily routine. The Piña Colada flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and I love that it has no added sugar. It mixes easily, tastes great, and helps me stay hydrated throughout the day. I've tried several electrolyte powders over the years, and this is definitely one of my favorites. I'll keep buying it!

The literal GOAT of hydration powders. My kids and I love this. I workout 2-3 hours a day and this powder keeps me well hydra and tastes great! It dissolves immediately and is such an easy add. I’ve noticed less pain after workouts as I am more hydrated. Kind of expensive, but so worth it. Comparable to LMNT

My husband, 4 kids, and I all love this powder! It relieves my headaches after a day outside (!!) and is more of a pick-me-up than coffee! We tried the variety pack first, to decide our group faves and rotate between pina colada and strawberry lemonade. We travel with it and recommend it to friends regularly! Tastes a bit bitter at first, but you adjust to the taste quickly, imo. I put a full scoop in my 40oz cup with a couple ice cubes and stir with a fork. Easy. Mixes well, too. Price is a bit high, but I'm sure their costs are high, too. We will continue to be repeat customers!

This product tastes amazing ! I was buying the packets, but found it more cost effective to buy it in the container. It is so easy to dissolve in my water. It gives me the energy and stamina to get me through each physical workout at my daily gym classes. The texture of the drink is smooth and light. And it always produces my desired result in achieving my day-to-day routines each and every day.

This is one of my new favs! Ingredients are really great and I LOVE the pink colada flavor. Great price point as well. Love this stuff!

when people said it was SALTY, they meant it. i can't taste the flavour, so it might as well be SALT flavour.... i use a small amount in water to increase electrolyte intake. this is the saltiest electrolyte i've ever tasted, so buckle up! this will last me forever....lol

It’s awesome- but one thing holds me back from giving 5 stars. Too much sweetener!! I’d rather they use like, 10-15g of actual sugar per serving over the massive amount of stevia they’re using. I find it too sweet- even though there isn’t real sugar in it. I’m probably an outlier here though. Besides that it’s great, perfect balance of the right electrolytes and the pina colada flavour is awesome. Just wish they’d use less sweetener or add a little bit of real sugar in.
