My New Go-To Pickling Spice
was very pleased with the quality of this pickling spice. The blend smelled fresh right out of the package and added excellent flavor to our pickles. We used it for both traditional cucumber pickles and zucchini pickles, and both turned out delicious. My wife voluntold me I was making pastrami when her sister came into town. Never done that before. The spice mix was perfect for the brine. The seasoning was fresh and the flavor was great. I’m getting another bag just to have on deck.
