It says 3 capsules in one serving. Are we allowed to take those throughout the day separately?

Everybody is different. I am 80+ and have muscle inflammation that is very uncomfortable. I take 3 capsules at a time, sometimes twice a day. Turmeric helps to reduce my discomfort. As far as I know, there are no downside effects on me directly, but for others it could be different. When I get time I will do some Google research on the possible issues. I suggest the question asker do the same.
