plug the power supply cables into the power supply then plug those into the cables. these are extensions to your power supply cables

Will these cables work on a evga g3 650w psu?

If you are using them as extensions, yes. Extensions will transmit same power/watts going thru them. Now if your trying to replace other cables, no these will not work.

Will these work with an evga 3080 ultra have a 850 psu?

Yes this will work but your going to need a 3rd cable for the gpu as this kit comes with 2 power gpu cables and if I'm not mistaken the 3080 requires 3 power cables

what are the length of these cables?

About 12in or so, they are long enough to connect and hide the PSU cables behind the back of the case. I did two modes they turned out sweet looking. From the side panel view you only see the extended cables, just take your time secure everything to the back panel and only have the color cables showing. I love them.
