I wanted a low flow filter for my fish tank which is a cubic 30x30x30 (cm). With this filter you can adjust the flow which is perfect for small fish and ideal for my betta fish. You can direct the flow in different directions with the added attachment and the filtration has been perfect for my tank, keeps it nice and clean in between water changes and when re-arranging my live plants. This filter is also very quiet which is perfect as the tank is situated in a bedroom. I would be careful when the handling of the filter, but it’s fine for me i just delicately wash the parts. Overall, impressed with this little filter.

This is a great little filter for a small tank. I have them working in my small 25L tanks. Decent flow and uptake considering how small they are. They first appear small, cheap, and a bit crappy, but give them a chance. The sponges and granules both come out in little cartridges - like a mini Fluval. These filters are very good for their size and price. I've had one going for about 6 months now. Very reliable little things. The only downside is getting the suction cups on it - but maybe that's just a technique I haven't got!

Sponge filter so small needs cleaning every couple of days but it's compact will do the job but I'm looking to change it soon

for this premium brand it is a poor filter!!!! ISSUES- suckers pull off every time you clean it and are awkward to put back in place because they foul against the inner filter trays -filter flow is very poor mainly down to the design of the pull off motor head flow escapes from the rear around the joints - inner tray is flimsy and i can not see the joints lasting long (in my opinion ) a real shame as it is a nice looking compact unit !!!!

My old pump gave up the ghost and I had to buy another one quickly before my fish died, they were struggling to breath and I felt really bad for them. I ended up buying a cheap temporary one while I waited for the Amazon one to arrive. I like my new pump very much, it is much better than my old pump, it is a better size and being grey it blends in very well. It is not noisy and so far seems to be working very well.

Superb little filter, purchased for a quarantine tank. Added the suction cups and placed in a 20Ltr bucket with a 55w heater and some rocks out of established tanks. Then I swapped out the sponges it came with and added some I had from a cycled tank. Poorly fish (recently purchased) now improving rapidly. The adjustable flow on such a small compact filter is outstanding.

Small filter with a very poor suction power only useful for a small tank 5 litres or less.

Achtung für Bestellungen aus Deutschland. Der Filter hatte keinen deutschen Stecker. Somit für mich unbrauchbar. Für mich war bei der Bestellung nicht erkennbar, dass es hier verschiedene Stecker gibt. Sehr ärgerlich!

Lo uso en paralelo con un filtro de cascada para un acuario de 28 litros aproximadamente. Me ayuda mucho a mantener el flujo del co2 en todo el acuario

absolutely love this thing, great for anything 5 gallons and under. relatively slower flow but thats ideal when dealing with nano tanks. also extremely sleek and not an eyesore.

Hello! Not a lot of online review on this product, was looking for a inside motor filter mostly for pushing water and little bit of filter (I have a lot of floating plants which helps with filteration of water). Found this and was told is silent I originally had the 35 tidal seachem which is suppose to be silent, but i can hear the motor ratting and water dropping sound (is in my bedroom across the room, but it still bothers me as, im a light sleeper). The oase 25 filter is small, very small, smaller then you think. Takes no room, but it has very powerful impellers motor so pushes water a lot, i can see my betta riding the waves across the tank. The nozzle can be rotated to change water flows if u want it lower, but i find having it on high allows one side to have high flow while other half of my tank to have lower flow. Not a lot of water filter media inside cause is very small, so you will need live plants or just do more water changes if u go that route. Personally I recommend getting floating plants like water lettuce, they eat a lot of the bad stuff in water and keep your water healthy for fish for low maintenance. The picture is only half of my 10 gallon in comparison, so realistically what a 5 gallon will look like. This filter is great if you want a completely silent filter, i can barely hear it when i have my ear up on my tank, thats how silent it is. Also great if u just wanna add water flow to avoid dead spots in tank. (Im doing a similar walstad like tank with deep substrate and a lot of plants for low maintenance). I personally really like it. It’s exactly what i wanted for my tank, is slowly coming together. Also i have 2 nerite snails, 3 ghost shrimps very active, 1 halfmoon female betta, and what used to be 7 blue shrimps, i saw 3 of them get mauled and eaten by my betta, so they just became expensive food for my betta :( . I think ghost shrimps are just smarter and way they are doing very well, i also added a flat wood with underneath dug out to give the blue shrimps a chance, haven’t seen them in a while, but i see new corpses appear from time to time so not good. I think ghost shrimp are just smarter and bigger so they face the betta and the betta respects them to not try anything funny, but blue shrimps just stands there and gets their back grabbed and gg. All 3 of my original ghost shrimps thriving while blue shrimps are getting mauled. Feels bad…

Produit avec prise UK, j'ai donc remplacé la prise par une française (dans les règles de l'art, pas compliqué de brancher deux fils), au bout d'une journée d'utilisation, la pompe fait sauter le disjoncteur 16A de la prise sur laquelle est branchée la pomoe. Pas de retour possible étant donné que j'ai "bidouillé" la prise. Une idiotie de ma part de ne pas avoir utilisé la procédure de retour/remboursement Amazon qui est rapide est efficace. 1 étoile car prise UK pas précisé dans le descriptif et produit défectueux (nous avons une autre pompe oase à la maison qui elle fonctionne très bien, pas de bol)
