I have never run it higher than 575 degrees, so I can not answer that question.

how do you clean the pizza stone

Don't buy it. Returned it smoked entire house out. We ended up with a pampered chef stone. Well worth the extra money

Just bought the stone. How would you suggest I season it so that becomes nonstick faster? I made some rolls and they stuck to it. Nonstick spray?

The other answers to this question are correct. Make sure that the stone is very hot. Depending on what you are coming, use corn meal on the stone. DO NOT use a non stick spray on the stone.

can i use this on a open flame?

We have only used ours in the oven - - so, I don't know. But, by open flame you are referring to a BQ grill I don't see why not.
