The clamp on this lamp is excellent, though entirely plastic, and was the main reason I purchased two of them. But I couldn't find the light intensity, the lumens, listed anywhere. The color temperature has been rated around 5500K and the lamp is listed at 5 watts, which is a high draw for a small LED lamp. But no, the lamps do maybe 200 lumens; I have camping lanterns that do 300 lumens and are easily twice as bright. A replacement lamp that draws 3 watts is doing around 300-400 lumens and actually lights up my daughter's desk. AND I couldn't get the lamp to dim or brighten in any way. The only control is the touch sensitive button on the end and no matter how long I held it, it simply went on and off. I was very disappointed.

Bought this for my 96 year-old mother's headboard. She loves it. The light is bright, even, she can easily turn it off and on, and it doesn't produce any heat. I highly recommend it to anyone who is shopping for a headboard light for their bed.

This is the most awesome reading lamp I have ever owned! I read in bed every night, and need a good, reliable reading lamp. I've used so many different book lights but they always ended up in the trash because they were cumbersome, didn't provide enough light, or ate batteries constantly. This light clips to my bookcase headboard easily and turns on and off with a touch. Love that! Also, it is easily adjustable to your lighting needs and remembers that setting next time you turn it on. Time will tell, but if this lasts it will be well worth the money.

Purchased and using it for sewing.Pros: energy efficient, doesn't get hot, touch sensor (brilliant) remembers last degree of light, priced right.Cons: wish the opening of clamp was larger. If headboard or side table is thicker than 1.9" and want for reading purpose. I would measure the edge first.

WOW!! What a remarkable product. This compact light was exactly what I was looking for. It's built sturdy and lights up like a gem. I love the built-in capability of just having to touch to turn on/off and not having to look for a switch. Plus, the multiple lighting levels, all with the touch of your finger. The LED lighting is soft on the eyes and illuminates beautifully. I would highly recommend it and so happy I bought it; high rating from me!

This is a great lamp and is exactly what I was looking for. It provides a good range of brightness and on the high setting, it is extremely bright. The gooseneck is solid and stays where you put it. The only possible issue is the location of the on/off switch. It is at the tip of the lamp and it's very easy to turn the lamp on or off accidentally. On the other hand, the on/off switch is very easy to find, unlike most of the other reading lights I have purchased. I guess you can't have it all, but this lamp comes closer than any other that I have investigated.

Needed a smaller reading/working light and found an excellent one in Lelife. Great amount of light emitted, but what's best is it's not an "invasive" size ~ doesn't get in your way...you're not always smacking your head into it or accidentally knocking it out of the way. Easy push on/off control. Clamp works nice and tight- doesn't seem to loosen after days of use. So far so good. *(If things drastically change I will edit this post at a later date).
