Ten Years old and still rolling
I bought this exact cart ten years ago for use around my fairly large place (3.5 acres). I've used it to haul bricks, pavers, branches and trash. It was rarely protected from humidity and rain and I live on the gulf coast so moisture is always a problem here. It is just now starting to corrode along the top side rails to the point I'm going to have to patch in some new square tubing for reinforcement. The tires have always hold air and the wheel bearings always turn fairly easily. The fact that this cart has held up despite never being stored inside and the amount of work performed is phenominal. I would defiinitely recommend it,

Wish I had bought this years ago!
I did a lot of comparison shopping between Lowes, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, and Harbor Freight before deciding. This Gorilla Cart was bigger than any of the competition I looked at, and the price was much better especially with the current 10% off. Assembly was surprisingly easy. Everything lined up perfectly and it went together in no time. I have already used it for hauling yard debris, firewood, and tools, and it handles the load like a champ. The mesh sides keep everything secure, the tires roll smoothly, and it stores upright in the shed without taking up much space. The only downside was the cheap plastic mat on the bottom. Do yourself a favor and go to Tractor Supply and get a horse mat and cut it to the proper dimension. I honestly do not know why I waited so long to get one. It is one of those purchases that instantly makes you wonder how you ever managed without it. Highly recommend!

Excellent product.
Very nice cart! Can be use with sides off or on. Very easy and simple to assemble it. Looks a little high for traveling sideways on an incline. I don't have a riding lawnmower, tractor or atv to try out hooking it and pulling it. Turn radius is very good as well for its size. Storage for this cart is very versatile many ways to store keep it out of the way.

Gorilla Cart v.s. Green Cart See Pictures
The rating for this Gorilla Cart is 1 thousand pounds with MAX of 300 pound tires (same tube tires as a green 300 pound rated cart I bought in 2012), they should be solid rubber wheels. The Gorilla Cart, wheels can be changed where as the green cart wheels can not be changed. The side diamond mesh screen on the Gorilla Cart is tighter (smaller) than the green cart but same thickness. Gorilla Cart sides do not stay attached to the cart when offloading from one side or another, they are completely removed with no option. The green cart sides are hinged and removable with cotter pin. The front handles are same style on both carts. The Gorilla Cart handle is bolted on the front axle, while the green cart is China welded. The Gorilla Cart can turn a much tighter , if upside down it turns 360° so be careful if heavy load, may easily tip. The green cart has limited turning. I expected better diamond thickness and wheels for the "1000 Pound (MAX) Capacity" and sides that may be flipped down instead of no choice stay on or off the cart only. Mine arrived damaged (from the company) and is pitted, so I expect this to rust fast, like my green house China welds. The Gorilla Cart has the best axles I've seen on these carts, here's the thousand pound rating in my opinion. The last two pictures are diamond screen I use for burn barrels. These are from 2007, never covered in Central Texas and only one is bent doubled to cover fire barrel still strong as the day I bought it; this is what I expected for the Gorilla Cart's diamond rating. That plastic lining is thin plastic junk. The Gorilla Cart holds 3 or 4 plant flats compared to the green cart only one flat fits and that's length not width like the Gorilla's. It's like buying a car, upgrades and oh, I didn't catch that before buying. All in all, it's a good cart. Tires need upgraded. It would be nice for the sides to remain on the cart while lowering one side instead of removing the side and reinstalling it each time. Caution, too tight turns may tip over.

Excellent cart and excellent buy
I just got this today, and I am excited at the quality and craft that went into making all the parts AND ensuring that assembly is as easy as possible. Assembly WAS easy. You do need two adjustable wrenches to tighten the bolts and needlenose pliers, as the instructions show--but it was a piece of cake. Putting up the sides was a bit tricky because the illustration doesn't really show as much detail as you might need, but essentially the two short pieces fit within the two long pieces. Everything just goes together quickly. The parts are not only labeled with the steps (WHICH IS WONDERFUL) but they are attached to the parts "card" in numbered order as well--and it's a snap to get them out because the back of the card is perforated. Tips on assembly: Do most of the work on a comfortable table/bench that you don't need to stoop down to and that you can just walk around to get to all the sides. Put the cotter pins up, rather than down, so that they aren't sticking up when you right-side the cart after assembly. This is well-manufactured, with a grey and black powder-coat.. The axels are sturdy and welded to the frame, and the wheels are super durable. Steering / pulling is easy with the zero-turn radius, and the handle can be modified/switched out so that it can attach to a lawn tractor. The only nit is that while there is a cart liner, it's fairly thin. If all you use this for is for moving things around that aren't messy or heavy (such as wet mulch or rocks) it'd be fine, but I will probably put a 1/4" plywood sheet down for more durability. BUT this is a very small nit, more about ease of removal of stuff rather than anything else.

Stout, Well-engineered Cart
Update: I have been using this cart now for about 10 months. I love this cart. I posted an upside down picture showing how tightly the suspension turns and is designed. If you zoom in on the picture I posted, you will be able to see how the front axle pivots. This is the best design on the market allowing for very tight turning radiuses.. You could basiically pull this cart backwards. Is that a tight enough turning radius for you? Because this cart is so well designed, I have given my other two carts away. I do highly recommend that you keep this out of the weather because it will rust. Mine looks like new because I keep mine underneath my porch. My original blister pack came missing a washer, but the customer service was very responsive sending me another blister pack of parts. I now show off my cart to any who are interested. In my opinion, it is the best engineered on the market. Spend the extra money and get this cart. Original product review: I am very impressed with how this cart is engineered. There is attention to even small details. For example, the gorilla cart uses much beefier bolts with nylon lock nuts. My old cart used nuts that would come loose and get lost in the grass. I purchased this cart, which replaced another brand that is currently still available on Amazon. The gorilla cart has a much stouter set of axles! If you look at the pictures, you will notice that the gorilla cart has a tubular axle system. Competitors use thin steel that will eventually tear or bend. My old cart was rated for 1,000 pounds but broke hauling about 200 pound of firewood. This cart also has a much stouter steering handle. My old cart’s handle would flex if I tried to push it. The only negative is that whoever put the parts in the blister package was careless and left out a washer - four were needed, but only three were provided. Hopefully they will send another washer as requested. Another item I wonder about is a thin, black plastic mat to cover the cart bed. It is rare for me to get excited about how well made a product is made, but this cart wins my approval. I highly recommend this cart.

This is a great cart. With the sides on
This is a great cart. With the sides on, it will hold 7.33 cubic feet of cargo, to the top of the sides. It is rated to carry 1/2 a ton. The side have an 'S' shaped tab at the bottom and slide into slots in the side of the cart floor. However, the side panels themselves sit on the base, so there is little stress on the welds holding the tabs. To stay together, there are latches at the tops of the sides to hold them in place. This cart has big tires with great bearings, so it roles and maneuvers on most any surface like a dream. It roles so easy. I also really like the two-way handle. Remove one pin and you can spin it around for access to a hand grip, or a hitch for towing. This thing is well built. The frame is made of thick metal, the bearings in the wheel are fantastic, the swivel point for the steering moves with ease. The sides are thinner metal, but sturdy. The welds on this cart are well done, and smooth. I'm no welder, but I like what I see on this cart. I've certainly seen worse. The surface coating appears to be very good, but only time will tell. This comes in a flat box and weighs 70 pounds. The shipping measurements are about 7in high x 2ft wide x 5ft long. Yes, It comes unassembled. At the least, you will need two channel-lock pliers. Big ones. The nut and bolt that holds the front axel on at the pivot point are 1in or bigger. I didn't have two big channel-lock pliers. I had to use 2 pipe wrenches. NOT fun. I put this together by myself in about 20 minuets. It helped to have a work-bench so I could do this standing up. I could have purchased a cheaper cart, another like I had before this one. It was smaller and carried less weight, but it worked for me. I didn't get the same thing. One, the price had gone up. Two, the handle was no longer convertible, and converting it on the old one it meant that you had to keep up with a removable part. Three, the coating came off and the metal rusted away. And Four, the gorilla carts heavy-Duty utility cart was only $20.00 more. I took the upgrade.

Beast of a machine
What a beast! This replaced our old very well-used one. It hauls a full cooler, beach chairs, bags, toys, etc from truck through sand onto the beach. Fabulous tool! At home, it hooks to the back of my John Deere riding mower so I can cover more ground picking up limbs & sticks. Also hauls the grandkids around too - lol

Tough enough so far
Everything arrived undamaged and smelly as expected, so I opened the box and left the parts outside for about a week before assembling-better but still smelly. Assembly was very easy; discarded the crappy black mat provided and bolted a 1/4 inch plywood base on the wire to help strengthen it. I bought the cart to haul logs from the cut trees to piles over pretty rough terrain on a bush lot. After 2 days of use it seems to be doing the job well. The side rails are already slightly bent in a couple of places but I was dropping 4 foot logs onto the cart and I didn't expect an industrial cart- besides it would be too heavy to pull around. So far, I am satisfied. 2019 update: I used the cart for the last 2 summers to haul 4-foot oak, hickory and maple logs to various log piles from about 125 felled trees. I loaded it up to the point where it took all my effort to pull it over reasonably rough terrain. It's been left out in the bush since I bought it, including under the snow for two winters now. The sides are pretty banged up because I've not been at all gentle with it, and the wire is starting to get rusty now, but overall the cart is still in good shape and still as useful as it was on day 1. I've definitely got my money's worth from this purchase!

A good investment
This cart is great. I have owned mine since April 2017. So far there is no rust showing, and this cart has seen a lot of use. I have filled it with weeds, branches, dirt, leaves, and Gardening materials. I attach the cart to my quad to tow around my land. As my girlfriend says "this is the best investment you have made since we moved out to our 7 acre ranch". My only complaint is I wish you could just lower the rear gate, as opposed to fully removing it to dump the cart. Other than that, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Good value. Quick shipping
Good value. Quick shipping. In the end not ideal for my application as I'm dealing with hills and load centre of gravity is a bit high which makes the unit quite tippy. On the downhill, let's just say loads can be interesting. Would be fine with a lawn tractor pulling it I think. And on the flat this thing is the bomb!
