Loloi Chris Loves Julia Jules Natural/Ocean 2'-3" x 3'-9" Accent Rug

Love this rug so much. Use it in our dining room and it’s cushiony but easy to clean, meaning things don’t tend to stick to it easily and my cordless vacuum works pretty well over it too. My kids have dropped playdoh and food on it and we’ve been able to get it out relatively easily, though granted we didn’t let it seep into the fibers. But the design is exceptionally beautiful: colorful but understated, boho yet vintage. Looks great with wood or cream accents on furniture or table settings. A great rug for the price point.

This rug is pretty good, colors are not quite as pictured. Think more rust and vintage teal. It is a printed rug but higher quality than the last rug I purchased from this company. It is decently soft and doesn't require a rug pad. No creasing and no odor.

Actually looks according to picture. After returning 2 different rugs this was the right one. It’s soft and simple. I like the way it isn’t a floppy washable rug.

I bought this in Tangerine/Mist in the 9'6" x 14' size. While the rug is lovely, it came folded up like a big blanket or sheet, so there are definite creases in it, though it still lays pretty flat. That is my biggest complaint is the way it was shipped... not in the quality of the rug itself. My only other complaint (but this is minor) is that it was a little more orange in person than the product pictures look. I thought it would be more of a terracotta color. While it's not too far off, it is a bit of a bummer. The rug looks darker in some angles and lighter in others (you can see that in my photos). The REAL test (and I'll bump this up a star if it passes the test) is whether or not my cat can destroy it. I know some have complained that the design is printed on there, but the flat surface (as opposed to looped threads) is the reason I bought it. I'm hoping my cat is not able to pull threads up all over it like she did our last rug. FINGERS CROSSED! I can't keep buying rugs of this size ($$$) because my cat won't claw her scratching post.

2025: 2 stars This will be my last review for this rug. We loved it for a while but it lost its color quite fast. It once had vibrant and beautiful colors but it now looks dull and washed out. I’m currently scouting a new rug that will hold its color. Comparison picture attached. —————— 2023: 4stars I am updating my review because everyone in my family loves this rug. It’s soft and really pretty, I’m just hoping it holds up well. I’m leaving my original review below, and I will update again in a year or sooner if anything happens. ——————— 2022: 3stars Like many others, I was so excited to get this rug, especially after receiving another Loloi rug in a different collection that I’m in love with. This rug was a major let down. The design is printed on a flat surface, so it’s not an actual pile rug. It almost reminds me of a cheap printed kitchen rug… You know, those foam rugs with a print? It’s like that. Another reviewer said any dogs or traffic will cause the rug to come apart. I sincerely hope that is not true because we have a busy household with lots of traffic. Time will tell, I suppose. I may just buy a different rug from the other collection and put this rug under my bed.

I LOVE this rug! To give potential buyers some context, I’m kinda picky about rugs. I’ll spend months, even years finding the perfect rug when I need one. I love the vintage/faded look and Loloi does it better than any company because of their screen printing technique. This doesn’t have a pile or individual stands, but it’s not flat woven. It’s almost like a mat (in a good way), so it’s amazing for high traffic areas. It’s thin, but still has some firm squish to it underfoot. The colours are beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. I was worried It would be too brown, but it’s not at all. The main colours I see in person are rust, some oceany dark and light blues, and white. The amount and placement of the fading is perfect. It’s not just faded in one section like some “vintage” rugs are. Highly recommend! I’ve ordered the natural ocean rug from the same collection for my living room. Now, one thing I will say that’s not positive is how the corners are finished. I find this with all rugs, but I had hoped this one would would have nicer corners (see photo). All in all though, I’m super happy with it!

Looks much better in person. I read some reviews where people complain about it looking used. That's what gives it a vintage look. Also some people complain that it's a printed rug. The company clearly states that it is indeed a printed rug. It's soft and easy to vaccum.

Beautiful rug! Very happy with it! Soft and rolled out beautifully right out of the package. No chemical smell like some rugs. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend! Edit - I noticed some reviews saying they have had issues with runs in their rug. I have two dogs and have now owned this rug for more than a year and a half. There are no runs. It still looks great. I was actually wanting to purchase a second one and they are out of stock. My husband has bad allergies and rugs can be an issue because of how they can hold dust. This rug has not caused any issues because of the low pile.

Was hesitant but as soon as I received it I knew it was perfect. Great quality and beautiful pattern. A bit of every color in this pattern so I feel it could be pulled off in any space. Very happy with my purchase.
