Works great
I bought a vehicle with a Superwinch S4500 which was missing the remote. This product is the current replacement but the pins did not work with the socket on the old winch. I replaced the socket in the winch and everything works great.

temporary fix
Worked for 2 and a half months. Broken now and have to escalate the return through a phone call with Amazon. It's the epitome of planned obsolescence.

didnt fit my winch
I had to return this product as it didn't fit on my winch. I thought it would work on my X3 xl winch but it did not. The delivery wad fast, the remote was well made but it didn't fit.

It was only a couple of days until I had my controller for my winch. Believe me, nothing is worse that a winch without a way to turn it on! I appreciated the fast sertvice.

Won't fit UT3000
This remote wouldn't plug into my Superwinch UT3000, even though they claim it would. The black plastic round end was to small so couldn't even connect it to the winch, returned it and didn't even get a full refund. What's up with that. It wasn't my fault it wouldn't fit.
