Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick Wok/Stir Fry Pan/Wok Pan - 12 Inch, Sable Brown

This is my favorite non-stick wok and I prefer this over the hexclad wok I also own that's double the price, I've been using Analon wok's for 5 years now and every year I throw away the old one and buy a new one. Why? Well, I use it daily and I'm of the belief that non-stick cookware should be replaced somewhat often, especially when run hot like wok's are. If you want a forever wok you'll need carbon steel. I never exceed 400 degrees F but the reality is non-stick does not last forever. Overall this is a great Wok and I love using it. If you're looking for a good high quality non-stick wok I absolutely recommend this one, just keep in mind it is non-stick and you cannot run it blazing hot like you can a carbon steel wok. I suggest 400 degrees tops.

Very nice wok, just the right size. Stable cooking and lasted about 3.5 years. Lifetime warranty was hassle free and easy to claim. The flush rivets are also a very nice touch and shows attention to detail.

This pan is good. It arrived in a cardboard box with no other packaging and the pan was dented big time on one side. I decided not to return or complain, but the product arrived damaged. It was bought from and shipped by Amazon.

I love everything about this wok: the generous size; the non stick surface; the sturdiness and attractiveness; and ease of cleaning!
