Works with FiOS!
I have recently purchased this as I was doing a full reinstall of my Verizon FiOS and removing their Router. I needed this to pair with my newly purchased router as I still have FiOS TV and this works beautifully. Yes, the newer Verizon routers are MoCa 2.5 and this is a 2.0, but it still provides the full bandwidth for the boxes to work. The installation is also relatively easy and straightforward. Highly recommend!

Easy setup, fast speeds! Perfect replacement!
I have been using an old Actiontec Fios router that I was using as a MOCA bridge that was a pain to set up a decade ago. I've always felt like it could be faster and looked into it and found it couldn't keep up with my current Gig speed internet but put off changing it out in fear the new solution would be another pain and maybe not even work as I expected.I was so wrong. This was super easy to install! I unplugged the old router and attached the Trendnet adapter and it just worked straight out of the box! No IP configs, no bridging, nothing. Plug and play. And it's way smaller!I tested the speeds throughout the day today with the old router and was getting about 151 down / 130 up all day. The new router gave me instant upgrade to 779 down/ 415 up!!Cannot recommend this product enough. Hope it lasts forever!

Life changing device!
Why did it take me soooo long to hear about this!??Living in a large, brick home that has a FIOS modem & router on one end of it and attempting to use a range extender for streaming at the other end of it was NOT working. At. All.Then the old COAX "cable boxes" get shut down and replaced with wireless devices. Which meant attempting to relocate the modem and router (and crawling under a 30 year old house to drill holes for new wires...NO THANK YOU).My son came home from college & said MoCA was the answer. So I delved into the world of MoCA.1. The new Verizon Fios routers ARE compatable. There seemed to be alot of yes/no discussion around this.2. You only need 1 box if your router is compatible. The set up was very simple. Coax line in wall. Box. TV. My son said something about direct connecting to ethernet for gaming speeds (which he uses when home), but that means nothing to me. I now can stream movies/TV with no lag, freezing, buffering or Interruption. Yay!And I know it saved me upwards of $800 by not having to have someone come run new lines throughout my house.

Coax to ethernet
Works as expected, speed is as fast as modem speed no significant losses

Life Savers
We moved into a new build and I noticed that they didn’t run any low voltage Ethernet - only coax - as if we were moving into a new 1990’s hope. I was super annoyed, because WiFi is good, but can only deliver mediocre results. I discovered these online and realized I should give it a try.To my delight, these things work amazingly well - and you learn how to terminate coax cable correctly in the meantime. Once I had everything done, it lit up immediately and has been giving me 1GB speeds at each end point. I tied that into my existing gigabit netowrk and my network connectivity problems were solved. They have been working for 4+ mths and I am so happy I have them. Will buy more when we build an office and second garage. Would recommend!

The speed does not exceed 1 gbps
The speed does not exceed 1 gbps, and the website says it reaches up to 2.5 gbps.

First time MoCA user - fast connection
First time MoCA user, fast connectionI’m a first time MoCA network user, but complete believer. If you understand that a wired connection is always an upgrade in bandwidth compared to using something like and extender, then this is for you. Just make sure you connect and set up correctly and you’re good to go.Setting up a MoCA network with my home Coax wiresFor those wondering if you’re MoCA compliant, or if you’re home has a MoCA compliant network, the adapters themselves are MoCA compliant. They can talk to each other using MoCA. If you’re talking about the environment, MoCA can coexist in a home with the “compatible” services, or no service. It can’t coexist in a home using the “non-compatible services”Compatible: Verizon FiOS/ Spectrum/ Devices with an Ethernet PortNot Compatible: Direct TV/Dish/Satellite TV/ AT&T Internet/ AT&T U-VerseI’ll save you some time and post the quick installation guide here to help get you setup. However there are pics on the installation guide that can help you out if you’re still confused.Step 1-Connect an Ethernet cable from the Ethernet port on one TMO-311C to the Ethernet port on your network.Step 2-Connect a coaxial cable from the MoCA port on the TMO-311C to the coaxial cable in your home.Step 3-On a remote TMO-311C, connect a coaxial cable from the MoCA port on the TMO-311C to the coaxial cable in your home.Step 4-Connect an Ethernet cable from the Ethernet port on the TMO-311C to the Ethernet port of a network device.I needed a better more reliable data rate from my NAS and gaming/streaming setup upstairs. Wifi just wasn’t cutting it even using mesh, and powerline didn’t come close to what I wanted. Now with these I’m near gigabit (was expecting way lower, but getting high 800’s low 900 mbps speeds!) 100% reliable. Impressive product.Solves a big problem, Easy solutionIf your router is in one room, and you want an Ethernet connection in another room (for a gaming console, switch, AP), and have standard coax wires connecting the rooms, BUT you don’t have Ethernet in those rooms or don’t want to run Ethernet, this is for you.Setup up on of these MoCA 2.0 adapters at either end of the coax, and boom, you just transformed your home coax into Ethernet.

They work
Not much to say, except I got these when I upgraded my router, and i setup them up, and they "just work". No issues, can't complain, price was good.
