Started adding this Native Pet Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil to my dog’s food a few weeks ago and the results have been clear. His coat is softer, shinier, and he’s scratching a lot less than before. I have a 13 yr old, 80 pound GSP/Lab mix and an 11month, 43 pound old golden retriever mix. Both shed like they're being paid for it and both have incredibly itchy skin, so much so that they were being bathed every four weeks to get any itch relief and it only lasted about two weeks. We started using it the day we got it- 1/29/26- and as of today- 2/14/26, we're seeing noticeably less itching and shedding on both dogs especially on the Lab mix. The golden's last bath was 1/19/26 and he's just now starting to show that he's starting to itch. The lab's coat is no where near as dull as it used to be and we definitely aren't seeing the dry skin like we used to. The roomba is actually able to keep up now! When brushing, the Lab used to fill a brush four or five times and the golden twice. Tonight they maybe "filled" a brush once... combined. I'm noticing that the Lab is moving better and is much less stiff than he used to be. I don't find it overly fishy smelling but the dogs love it, think it tastes great, and don't have trouble keeping it down. Highly, highly recommend.

As my favorite little fur friend just turned 10 years old, I've been looking for ways to help keep him healthy, active, and comfortable for many more years. The first thing I noticed was the well-designed metal pump bottle. It's much nicer than the typical squeeze bottles, dispenses cleanly, and makes it easy to give the correct amount without creating a mess. The biggest surprise was how much my Yorkie enjoys it. He's usually pretty picky about supplements, but he licks it right up with his food and doesn't hesitate at all. That alone makes this product a winner in my book. It's still early to judge the long-term benefits, but I chose this supplement because of the potential support for skin, coat, joints, heart health, and reducing shedding. As an aging dog, those are all things I want to stay ahead of rather than wait until problems develop. Overall, this appears to be a high-quality product that's easy to use, made with wild Alaskan salmon oil, and—most importantly—accepted by my dog without any fuss. If you're looking for an omega-3 supplement for an older dog (or even a younger one as part of a wellness routine), this is definitely worth considering. I'll update my review if I notice significant long-term improvements, but based on my initial experience, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I like Nature Pet products a lot. I buy several of their products for my dogs. My new pup has some skin issues and the vet suggested fish oils in food nightly. The dogs live it. It stinks to me but I am seeing some improvement in my new pups hair. His coat seems to be improving. My 15byear old beagle likes it too. Fish oils are supposed to be good for inflammation so hoping it's helping him stay healthy too. Will buy again

Cleared up our beagles dry skin and dandruff, he loves the taste and it did not cause any stomach problems. His coat is soft and shiny and he sheds much less.

My dog eats up her food immediately! The pump is horrible though, oil spills out everytime I try to use it.
