Taste is great, calms my nerves very mildly, gives deep and peaceful sleep. My every day routine

The main package of teabag wasn't intact.It was somehow squished.

Smell of the tea is just lovely and the taste is soft and delicate.

Really helps me get some rest, better than anything I've used including concentrated supplements. PLus tastes and smells great.

To be honest, I didn't feel any change or that it will help me sleep better. The chamomile flavor is strong, so I didn't love it.

So AMAZING it soothes and smells great! definitely a great buy! I add a table spoon of honey to it which helps taste really great!

薬を飲むのが嫌でこのシリーズをよく飲んでいます。それぞれ体調に合わせたお茶なので、お腹が張った時にはこれ、便が出ない時はこれ、と症状に合わせています。効果はスバリ！あります。更年期障害に悩まされているので、ハーブティーで気持ちも落ち着きます。ハーブがそんなにキツくはないので、ハーブが苦手でも（わたしは苦手です）比較的大丈夫かと思います。Night Nightの効果ははっきりとはわかりません。眠れる日もあれば、そうでない日もあります。ただ、ルーティンにしているので欠かせません。

I love this tea. It helps to me relax and fall asleep. There's days where I fo have a hard time falling asleep this does the job..
