TerraTherm Heat Pads Back, Neck and Shoulders

Absolutely amazing these are. Have been a god send for my back pain. Sticks really well too clothes, doesn't shift and the heat it generates ...wow. stayed really hot all night for a good 10 hours or so.

These are amazing. They last for ages and are so warm. They really helped my back pain and they are great for period pain too when you can't have a hot water bottle. I just stick them to the outside of my underwear and it lasts all day. Don't put them directly in your skin, as my friend did when I gave them one. They have to go on clothing to leave a barrier. Can't recommend them enough. You can take them anywhere, I always have one in my bag just incase something twinges. They're a good size too and they stay on the fabric the whole time without shifting or falling off.

Help my back when hurts.

I completely missed that this doesn't attach to skin so whilst it provides some heat getting it in the right spot and keeping it there is near impossible. I guess I can save them for cold winter walks and put them in my coat pockets but this wasn't what I was looking for.

Iv bought these due to sciatica , and there great they last 12 hours , you attach them above clothing ,which is the only thing that's confusing but they still give relief,I'd recommend this product, the not massive in size and I think you could were few in different areas , straight forwarded instructions

Good for warmth and soothing to back helps to ease pain. Easy to use lasts a long time sticks to clothes well

The heat patches are great, ease to use and the adhesive is good. The heat it gives off is amazing and it has for 12 hours - I love it. I would recommend it to anyone. Not too big or not too small. Can remove and reattach easily.

This box was my life saver during cold winter days. Its a bit pricey though..
