I am 69 and on doctors advice I need to loose weight and strengthen my legs so I started weight training again after many years of no training, after every session my knees would hurt and crack/pop when starting to walk up stairs. wore these today on each knee and did a really good session and for the first time I could walk up stairs with no noise or pain, I did also wear a compression sleeve under them to stop any risk of chaffing. they really kept my knee in line and stabilised, will really help my training - very pleased great knee supports.

purchased for strained knee support easy to use and comforting for painfull joint stays in place when used by this not very active user. velcro fixes well warms the joint I bought the larger size following the advice offered. suits left or right knee . can be worn under trousers if not close fitting
