It should have no problems cutting through poultry bones, for just other types of bones that we cannot guarantee. Like most cleavers, it was not specifically designed for cutting through beef or pork bones. However, we have some customers who use it for these purposes without any issues, but just like to warn you that the knife may become dull more quickly if used on other types of bone.
