Really good quality gesso
This is really good quality encaustic gesso - it worked exactly as I thought it would. Encaustic painting, however, is really difficult and did not work as I expected.

Excellent produit
C'est le gesso pour la peinture au medium encaustique qu'il faut. Comme on ne peut utiliser de gesso acrylique pour ce type d'application, on n'a donc pas le choix. Il est facile à appliquer sur le bois, sèche assez vite et se ponce bien avant de recevoir le medium et la peinture.

As a non-professional, but avid creator of encaustic art, I typically look to R & F for ez, reliable products. I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase: recommend! Great product/encaustic gesso for at least, imo, artists. Pricey, but great quality.
