I used 5 pills at a time . Similar to horse supplements.
It's used for horses so I'm guessing it can help me get bigger so I am Gona use it for a year and see . So far I feel more energy. And lifting good

I’ve been taking this supplement for a while, and the effects feel fairly mild for me. It doesn’t seem to cause any side effects, which is good, but I also didn’t notice a significant or obvious improvement.
