I’ve been using The Eye Doctor Essential Antibacterial Dry Eye Compress for a while now, and it’s become part of my regular routine for managing dry eyes and eyelid irritation. It’s simple to heat in the microwave, and it stays warm for the full 5–10 minutes, which gives my eyes enough time to really relax. The strap keeps the mask comfortably in place whether I’m sitting up or lying down, so I can still listen to music or a podcast while I use it. I also like that the inner surface is antibacterial, because it feels more hygienic for something that sits directly on my eyelids. Another big plus is that it doubles as a cold compress, which is perfect when my eyes feel puffy or irritated from allergies. The mask is well made, feels sturdy, and is much more convenient than using a washcloth that cools off too quickly. Overall, this has given me noticeable relief from dryness and discomfort, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with dry eye, blepharitis, or MGD.

Love this eye mask. Very easy to use and doesn't slip down if you are in the sitting position. Definitely makes my eyes more comfortable. Especially if I have been on the computer a lot.

My doctor wanted me to put a hot compress over my eyes twice a day, and had suggested a wet washcloth. That suggestion was a disaster. A washcloth dripped on everything, and only stayed warm for about a minute. Next, I bought a disposable brand of eye compress. These were better, but some got hot and some didn’t. One of my sisters suggested this brand because she uses it. It made a world of difference, and I am very happy with it. It’s very effective, and comfortable.

Excellent for blepharitis. I bought a $50 heated mask with a massage function, and that works fine, but this is so much better in terms of the amount of heat delivered after heating it in the microwave, and how snugly it fits on your eyelids. Can get very hot depending on what type of microwave you’re using, there are instructions for how long to heat it, but you have to test it out. 25 seconds for me is perfect on high. I’ve been using the mask twice a day and it has helped immensely, so much so that I’ve stopped using my rechargeable one with massage function. After heating, the heat will last approximately 10 to 15 minutes, so if you need to do it longer (my doctor recommended 20 minutes to half an hour twice a day) you will have to reheat and reapply. Highly recommended as far as I’m concerned.

Much better than a hot washcloth. Works for hot and cold. Pick one up at the eye doctor visit and loved it so much that I wanted to get one for my daughter. Instead of driving all the way back to the eye doctor's office I decided to visit Amazon. Found the exact same thing for about $10.00 less. This is the bomb.

Went to an eye doctor for my dry eyes, and he sold me these. I was thinking of just another waste of money. I use it faithfully every morning. I think it’s really really helping with my dry eye.

I bought this since I had previously used their more expensive model and rather liked it. But the previous model didn't last me a year even though it was advertised to last that long. I thought I would try the lower model and just buy two a year if it didn't last long. This model did not keep it's heat. The first time in the microwave, great! It was warm and lasted about 10 minutes. The second time I used it it didn't even stay warm for 7 minutes, even though it was heated for the same amount of time. Each day the heat stayed for less time. I was very disappointed and returned it.

Die Maske lässt sich schnell optimal erhitzen und hält die Wärme ziemlich lange. Sie ist nun Teil meiner Abendroutine. Das Band sitzt relativ straff, aber angenehm. Ich kann die Augenmaske also nur empfehlen.

I got this for possibly MGD on my left eyelid, and I have been using this 2 x a day plus afterwards cleaning with the eyelid wipes, it seems to finally be improving so I am very happy that it works. Hope it stays this way when used consistently.

Very good quality product- great value for money. Ideal size and microwave safe. Very soft and comfortable to wear. The mask is adjustable and gives good coverage to the eye area. Very effective in the relief of dry eye.
