The words on my bottle don't match up to the product photo. Should I be worried?

Maybe. I would look up a known site such as Ulta or Sephora and see if it matches one of their bottles. It might be an out, or updated bottle or photo. (Branding) good luck!

How does a spf serum differ from a regular spf moisturizer/sunscreen?

It has additional anti again ingredients. I have used this but prefer the Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40 which has a smoother feel and is much easier to put makeup over. It feels like a matte primer and I use it every day.

Is this good for men too?

yes- it does not really have a strong fragrance and just a really superior product - highly rec!!
