Received exactly what I ordered and on time. Comes with clear instructions. The flavor is ok but my family isn't crazy about it. Nothing wrong with the product in any way

Solid Breakfast Sausage Mix
This is a great breakfast sausage mix. I buy pork shoulder or pork butt roast and grind it myself, and the seasoning blends in perfectly. I prefer my sausages to have a little more flavor, and I’ve found that using about 8 pounds of meat per pack gives me a really nice, classic breakfast‑sausage taste. Overall, it’s a solid mix that delivers consistent results every time.

Not my favorite
This was easy to use and had clear instructions, but I do not care for the flavor. The blend gives me a sort of floral taste in my sausage. It is edible but I will purchase something else next time.

We used this to make a small batch of Turkey sausage the spices are perfect will be using this sausage seasoning to make deer sausage this fall.

I’ve made it with moose and deer several times over the past 10 years best breakfast sausage I’ve ever made and I’ve made different brands and they don’t compare. The last time you have to I would recommend it to everybody great product, easy directions 🙂

Bad taste
We tried this seasoning to make sausages, and everyone who tried the ones of this variety did not like the flavor. Best way we could describe it was that it tasted like menthol. My little kids described them as tasting like toothpaste. That’s not a flavor we look for in our sausages. Won’t be buying again.
