My night flushes definitely stopped after taking this supplement. I took only for 30 days, but I feel that it is working for me.

I took the tablet in some weeks know but I didn’t see results, I maybe should take it 2-3 months and see if it gives me any better results.

Very impressive! These hot flashes and night sweats just crept up on me fiercely disrupting my sleep disrupting my day at work causing me to be vastly uncomfortable. So I ordered them, six pills in by pill number two My seven time a night night sweats were decreased to four. my day sweat decreased as well. I’m very happy. Hope it lasts. I will continue to take these. They’ve made a big difference in less than a week. This is definitely a true review because I never experienced this before and it is real. I mean sweating is real! And for this to happen in the middle of July, I’m definitely not ready !Just wanna help someone. I bought this supplement after experiencing a significant increase in the amount of cystic acne I was having. I’ve been on spironolactone consistently for about 2 years and started the Depo shot to stop the growth of my endometriosis cysts about 1 year ago. My hormones are obviously out of balance (even though I haven’t had a blood test to confirm levels). Well, after taking this for about 21 days, my cystic acne was raging. Now, this may have been one of those situations where my hormones were attempting to stabilize and it had to get worse before it got better. But it was way worse than before I tried the Estroven supplement and I couldn’t take the pain & pressure on my face any longer, so I discontinued use. I may have felt some positive changes to my mood, but the negatives outweighed the positives on this one. Obviously supplements effect everyone differently. I’m just adding my experience in case someone comes to the reviews for this product looking to validate a similar experience!

i’ve been taking this for years. haven’t gained any weight and knock on wood never had a single hot flash. i’m 47. fingers crossed. I think it helps especially with consistency. No side effects either.

I really wanted this to be my miracle pill as I get a lot of side effects from birth control, can’t up my Lexapro because it makes me too sleepy, but need help with my PMDD. Unfortunately it gave me acne! I have great skin so that’s an instant no for me. I will say it did help my mood in the brief time I took it.
