Absolutely loved this saucepan! It heats evenly, cleans up easily, and nothing sticks to it. The size is perfect for soups, sauces, oatmeal, and small meals. I also love that it’s PFAS-free, so I feel better using it every day. The lid fits nicely and the pan looks beautiful in my kitchen too. Great quality and one of my favorite pans now!

We purchased this pot for our camper. After the first trip, it now lives in the kitchen of our house. It is a great pot for anything that usually sticks -especially cheese based dishes and grits. Our other pans are higher quality stainless, but some things stick in them, especially cheese, then the scrubber side of the sponge gets messy with cheese when cleaning the pan. This pan wipes out great with the sponge side. The pan hasn't scratched yet. We use scratch resistant utensils, usually silicone, when we use this pan.

After my wife "somehow" managed to lose the 2-quart saucepan that was part of our expensive cookware set, I found this replacement on Amazon and ordered it. Delivered when promised, this Blue Diamond saucepan with lid has proven to surpass the quality of the one that my wife lost. Its nonstick surface is effective and durable. The handle remains cool enough to handle bare-handed while its contents are simmering on our gas stove. Having the included clear lid on this saucepan provides me with an unobstructed view of its cooking process while the lid's handle remains reasonably cool. Considering the quality and low price of this saucepan, I found it to be a good-value purchase.

These pans are nice, very light, aesthetically pleasing, easy to clean. But they are absolutely "horrible" at pouring liquids out into a separate container. You have to tip the pan down fast, otherwise the liquid inside just pours straight back down the outer edge of the pan and misses your target (unless you know this already). But it's a huge design flaw for me personally to have a pan with no pour spout or even a drip edge. I can't speak to the longevity of the pans. Are they scratch resistant? Maybe, but that doesn't mean scratch proof. People get the wrong impressions sometimes. So, to be safe I'm going to buy some silicone utensils and use them to cook with this pan just to be safe. That is if I keep it. I may return it for a pan of all equal features that includes a pour spout or at the very least, a drip edge. Still, overall, if you can live with the one shortcoming, then it's good value for the features and money that you will pay.

Blue diamond is the best most durable non stick cooking pot. Doesn’t chip around the rivets. Very reasonable priced. Most other nonstick cookware, can still burn food, and you won’t get the burn mark out completely. Not with Blue diamond. Clean up is a breeze. Food particles bead, on blue diamond.
