I’m unable to take ibuprofen so I needed an anti inflammatory and it had helped it’s been a week so hope to see more of an improvement, would deffo buy again

Don’t be taken in by this product that offers 18 mg of astaxanthin because it not what it says. The photograph shows the truth from the back of the product. The actual recommended dose is between 4 mg and 18 mg of the antioxidant but to get just over the recommended minimum you would need to take 5 of these capsules which only give 0.9 mg a capsule and you would get about 4.5 mg of actual astaxanthin from 5 of them. By a better product that actually gives you either 4 or 8 up to 18 mg in on capsule and you’re not paying for useless oil.

Seems good so far, took at night and it made sleep uncomfortable as diluted mucus a LOT so woke up with a very dry mouth, hopefully will ease over time and use?

I took one before going to bed the day they were delivered, It may be just a coincedence But I felt good in the morning. I was a bit dissapointed with the delivery driver His (I assume girlfriend) broke my letterbox forceing a parcel that was to big through it, when my porch is always unlocked for deliveries.

I need to correct my previous review because I’ve finally properly checked the back label, and bloody hell, it’s a total scam. Do not be fooled by the big "18mg High Strength" on the front of the bag.If you look at the actual Nutrition Information on the back, it says "Astaxanthin Oil 18mg", but right underneath it reveals the truth: "Providing Astaxanthin: 0.9mg". That is less than a single milligram of actual antioxidant per softgel! The rest is just cheap sunflower oil used as bulk filler.Medical studies show that your eyes need a bare minimum of 4mg to 6mg of active astaxanthin daily to actually do anything for eye strain and screen fatigue. To get a proper scientific dose of 5.4mg from this product, you would need to swallow 6 of these capsules every single morning! If you do that, this "6-month supply" will barely last you 30 days.I’m dropping this to 2 stars. They are easy to swallow, yes, but that’s because you’re basically just swallowing a tiny drop of cooking oil. Absolute rubbish value for money once you do the math. Look elsewhere for a brand that gives you 4mg or 8mg of active content in a single pill!
