Can you get replacement ice packs so you have a backup when the ice packs are no longer cold?

There is no way to disassemble to replace parts. My "packs" stay cold for at least 1 hour. I ice for 30 minutes, twice a day, but lose track of time sometimes.

Is there one only need for the foot? I don’t need one for my ankle

It works well all over! I have even used it on my shoulder

Will these fit a size mens 11.5 wide swollen foot?

Absolutely. My husband used for ankle replacement. Very swollen at times and size 11 wide. It’s completely adjustable. It Velcro’s on. You really cannot walk around it it accept in the house. It’s really Just to elevate and ice. But keeps the cold close to the area with the Velcro.

Is it okay to walk on the ice pack?

Is it durable enough to walk on? Yes I suppose. Is it comfortable and stable enough? I would have to say… not really. The ice pack is on the bottom of the foot as well. It would be uncomfortable and probably cause you to roll your ankle
