BLUF: Didn’t work at first because I tried chestal-on-the-chest instead of chestal-in-the-mouth. These Boiron Chestal Pellets did absolutely nothing at first — but that’s on me. I literally set them on my chest like some kind of cough‑absorbing amulet and waited for magic. Spoiler: nothing happened. After actually reading the instructions and, you know, ingesting them, they worked like a charm. They taste so good, even our kids love them. Great product. Terrible when used as décor.

These are my new go-to for cough and chest congestion. This product works very well and is safe for kids which is a plus. The pellets are slightly sweet and pleasant to taste, dissolve under the tongue in just a few minutes. A must have for cold and flu season.

For someone that travels a lot and has a weakened immune system these are perfect to take when you have the first signs of a sniffle and sneezing. I believe they are effective at keeping a more serious cold from taking root in your system and often stop it in it's tracks.

This works pretty well, for a bad chest cold you'll still want a medicated mucus thinning agent. I have a bladder condition and regular cough medicine causes bladder pain so I was looking for an alternative, this did reduce how much I was coughing.

I no Longer buy any other type of medicine. These work and are made with plants. Way better than any chemical junk from American companies. The taste is sweet and they are easy to carry and use anywhere. My kids will even take these, easily!

I can only take homeopathy products since I am allergic to meds because of all the side effects. These are helping me to get through my horrible cold. They don't stop the coughing but they thin everything to make your cough more productive. Boiron is a great brand.

I always keep these in my medicine cabinet. It's not a scam, this brand really, truly works. No taste other than a slight sugar pill taste possibly, just dispense it under your tongue and you're good to go! Use from the first symptoms. I will say I dispense 1 every 15-30 min and that does the trick. No need to waste more than you have to!
