Very nice phone. Just a handy size

I received my phone with in 2 days. The phone was in good condition, looked just like brand new phone. Its been 4 days and all us running smoothly with no issues. It good to know that there is a years warranty on the phone if something did go wrong. Worth the money

Although I received a different colour to what I actually ordered this wasn't really an issue so kept it. Received earlier than expected, looks brand new with no scratches or marks of any description that I could find. Battery holds really well, brilliant camera, and very easy to set up. Great value for money and customer service. Only minor complaint is it is a little bigger than I would have liked but i will get used to it, and wrong colour sent otherwise would have been 5 stars

Battery life lasts longer than my iPhone, but I'm still a little wary of the battery depletion. I don't use my phone for long periods throughout the day, but do have a lot of apps and I check some every now and then and noticed the battery going down a few digits pretty soon after use - even after a full charge. The phone does look brand new though and seems to work perfectly fine. Wouldn't have known it was refurbished really. No bugs, freezing or glitching so far. Big step up from my iPhone 7 that looked to be on its last legs.

Lovely phone. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Why pay more when this is as good as new and half the price. Plus doing my bit for the environment. Update... after 2 months it developed a fault with the microphone. Despite 20+ people not be able to hear me, the seller decided there was not a problem. Implying we were all liers! Would not reply to what I was explaining in email, just kept offering refund MINUS 15% for 2 months use or return phone to me. I had alreay paid out to return the faulty phone so really couldn't afford to have it sent back, try to get it repaired myself and the try to claim all expenses from seller. Amazon was no help at all. Just took the side of the seller. Disgusting service. Would not recommend.

Very nice phone no damage looked brand new my partner she loves it

I bought this phone on 14th October and everything was good but a few days ago the the phone was not working good and the main display is flashing and losing visibility but unfortunately I can not replace it cause the deadline has already passed.

This phone has been working well for me since I purchased it. For this price range, I get a phone with features like any flagship phone. It's a decent phone for all my daily office as well as personal work. No need to compare with high-range flagship phones as this phone is more than enough for our daily work. We can use a number of AI applications like Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT on this phone at our convenience to fulfill the AI requirements. This phone is fully functional, not only as a phone but also as a very good smartphone in terms of speed of response and consistency. There is only a small lack in battery backup that can be solved by replacing it. However, the battery backup is still around 5 to 6 hours with continuous use. This may be due to the 2020 model, and I can understand this for this price range. But still, it is manageable. Thanks amazon and fonezone.

i cannot say it is rate 1 even, screen turned black after few days by itself. seller sent phone in non-branded box and courier did not want to pick up 4 times return due to non-branded box. charging cable added from cheap phone. its just like a horror dream.

Phone screen died after 2 months, trying to return the item but there is no option despite them being allegedly under 12 months warranty

Update. The seller didn't get any warranty and asked for money after selling defect phones. Bought the phone 1 month ago and just like nothing the screen goes black and stop working. The phone has not scratches or any signal of a hit.
