Gray Canister

I wanted to get something nice looking, yet affordable; but that also keeps my coffee grounds fresh. I could not be happier with this choice! There are SO MANY to choose from that I had no clue which to pick, but glad I settled on this one. I purchased the 16oz since it’s just me so I don’t need bigger. So far the seal seems to be perfect and the coffee smells delicious when I open it. I will say the very first day, my brewed coffee seemed to have a bit of a “metallic” taste to it - perhaps from the stainless steel, but I only thought I noticed it that first use. Since then, again, just perfect! One concern I have is that I couldn’t find where they sell “replacement” C02 valves. It comes with a few extra and I saw where another reviewer said they last forever, so I won’t worry about it. Hard to believe though that you can’t buy more if you want or need them. (Perhaps I’ve just overlooked them, but I even went to the Haioou store and do not see them there either). It comes with a nice 2 tablespoon scoop, but I bought a small wooden 1 tablespoon one that I can just leave inside the canister as I personally don’t care for it hanging on the outside. I also am not a fan of the date and time dial on the top, so I also don’t use that since it my coffee doesn't last long enough that I need to keep track of how long it’s been there. Despite the unnecessary extras (that no doubt adds to the overall cost), I still give it 5 stars as I do love the look and for how fresh it keeps my coffee.

My third order! I have the 22oz for storing ground coffee. Keeps it so fresh for so long. So I bought a 16oz canister for sugar cubes I like for my morning coffee. Excellent safe storage. Finally bought another 16oz for keeping granulated sugar I need for cooking and baking. Absolutely lump free because of the airtight lid. These canisters are made so well, seal perfectly to protect food ingredients and come with a high quality spoon and tongs, plus extra filters. One of my best Amazon purchases.

We're a family of big coffee drinkers and we also like fresh quality coffee for our brews. This is a wonderful product, keeps our coffee grounds airtight and quite fresh. The long-handled scoop is a bonus and we like how it's attached to the canister so we never have to go looking or digging for it. For bigger bags of coffee, we fill it and then vacuum seal the rest in the bag it came in. For the first time, since getting this, we're talking about getting beans we grind ourselves and are on the hunt now for an effective coffee grinder. This would make a great gift for any coffee lover and I may purchase another one for our own use here.

This canister is great for holding fresh coffee beans, protecting them from light, humidity and even temperatures, allowing us to use the beans we buy completely without them going bad. It has a quality feel, a manual date marker (so you know just how old the beans inside are) and a high quality professional look that would not look out of place next to the finest espresso equipment. It is a good size, capable of easily holding 2 pounds of beans, and comes with an attached stainless steel measuring scoop with a soft-touch non-slip grip, so you can load up the grinder with the perfect amount of beans for your shots or brewing.

I really like this HAIOOU Airtight Coffee Canister, 22OZ Large Stainless Steel Coffee Bean Storage Container with Date Tracker, Measuring Scoop, CO2 Releasing Valves. I purchased this canister in July 2022, as I tend to purchase coffee in the vacuum packed bags that aren't resealable because they are cheaper. I needed a better container to keep the grounds fresh longer and this does the trick. I didn't have any trouble figuring out how to set the time dial and it just pops off so the CO2 filter can be replaced. I haven't changed the filter yet as they are supposed to be good for a year, but I wanted to make sure all of the parts worked. I am able to fit about 1 1/2 pounds of coffee in the container, more or less depending on how aggressive I get with shaking it down. It has measurement marks inside. The scoop is 2 tablespoons which is the perfect serving for my Mixspesso single serve coffee maker. The only reason I rate 4 stars instead of 4 is because the paint has rubbed off the bottom. There should be a coating or bumper on the bottom to protect the canister and shelve, but that's my only criticism. The seal is great on this canister and easy to open and close.I definitely recommend this product. I hope this review helps and happy shopping!

Great air tight, odor resistant canister that I keep my coffee in!

I wish I could give this cannister 6 stars! It works great. It looks nice on the counter. The scoop is the perfect size and easy to get in and out of its holster. Would buy this cannister again!

This item is not airtight ,put coffee beans in and not stayed fresh that king really !!

Funciona perfecto. Mantiene el café fresco por más tiempo, el sello es realmente hermético y el material se siente muy resistente. Es fácil de abrir, cerrar y limpiar. La capacidad es ideal y el diseño del contenedor es muy práctico para uso diario. Muy buena compra.
