How often do you have to change the filter?

Depends on how old your pipes are. I had to change mine after 2 months. My pipes (older) have lots of metal flakes inside so it clogs the filter faster.

How much % of Chloramine can be removed using this shower head?

I don't know the percentage of the chlorine that's being removed by using the shower head but I do know that it's the most amazing shower head that I've ever used and I would recommend that if you don't have it get it

Will this lower my shower water pressure?

Hi Motrads, no it won't. In fact, it could increase it. Only when the filter gets clogged will your shower pressure decrease. Thanks for your question.
