Is this a foam based material?

This is great stuff, it is perfect for simulating moss in dioramas. It is a fiber based material like static grass.

How much does this cover in a square foot?

I made a 2 foot by 3 foot board for under the Harry Potter Lego castle & it looked great. On top of that I still have 3/4 to 2/3 of the container left. I'm sorry I don't have pictures for you. The board was a gift to a friend.

28mm Scale Moss

This mixed with Elmer's glue all makes perfect moss for my 28 and 32mm scale miniatures. I included a picture of one of my finished miniatures with this turf for moss on the base for example. Highly recommend it.
