Is this scandal US size 10?

That is difficult for me to ascertain. I wear a size 10 1/2 shoe. These are an 11. I am satisfied with the fit. However it has been a lot of trial and error to figure this out. I was told when buying something of this nature to go up one full size but I could not find an 11 1/2 LOL.
