The scent of this Nizoral psoriasis shampoo & Conditioner,..... Smells like?

It smells good not like other medicated shampoos. Just be careful not to get in your eyes.

Does it moisturize as well

It's a shampoo and conditioner but it doesn't feel like it moisturizes since my hair and scalp feels dry after using it.

Is this comparable to Dermarest?

For me it is better than Dermarest.

Can you use other hair styling products like serums, gels, hair spray, after washing with this product?

I use it with pomade and hair spray and haven’t noticed any bar side effects. The shampoo active ingredient is for the scalp itself, not the hair. As long as you don’t scrub anything onto the scalp after using the shampoo you’ll be fine.
