I would like to know if they can be used for prescription lenses?

These are very good quality reading glasses with strengths graduated every 0.25. I’m not an optometrist but I would be comfortable using these glasses the same as I would readers prescribed by an optometrist. However, if your eyes have a different strength from one another, I would consult my optometrist to confirm they are suitable for you.
