This is my favorite brand for vitamins and minerals and these are perfect. While the tablets are large, it has the benefit of 3 in one whereas my previous magnesium alone was the same size so no issue for me. The amount in a bottle is excellent value for money. Will be returning when I need a refill

Very good source for magnesium and zinc. But please be careful guys. Do not eat it every day unless you genuinely need to. It can have the negative effect. Most common side affects of eating every day is joint and muscle pain. I would advise every 2 to 3 days. Everyone is different. Once you find the balance. It really does help to keep your levels at what they should be.

Tablet on the large side but easy to snap in half making them easier to swallow.

This contains Magnesium Oxide which is the least absorbed form of Magnesium. If it’s not absorbed it hangs around in the intestine and can act like a laxative. After taking regularly for a month I had a really upset stomach & constant slack stools . This caused me not to retain normal electrolytes & I became really unwell. Since stopping things are back to normal thankfully

Prodotto eccellente, lo uso da 4 anni ed lo comprato anche per mia madre di 80 anni che è molto contenta. Uso anche altri prodotti con questa marca e sono soddisfatta.L' unica peca che queste compresse sono molto grosse e non facili da inghiottire,meglio le altre in capsule.

Es un buen producto, cumple con lo que anuncia y dura bastante pues tiene un tamaño grande el bote es un poco grande, pero el producto y su composición es adecuada para su propósito. Volvería a comprarlo
