I originally downgraded to an older MacBook to save money after my more expensive one ended up in bad shape, but this has truly been an upgrade! The MacBook is in excellent condition, works perfectly, and was incredibly affordable. Shipping was also fast. I’m beyond pleased and highly recommend this seller. I’ll definitely be returning for more products!

I was so nervous to purchase this due to the reviews! It was 50/50 on good and bad reviews! Most people had an issue with screen, charging, not updating or not being turned on! But mine works great! It does a a few little scratches but that’s expected with a preowned item! I did have an issue setting up the computer with my Apple ID! It wouldn’t let me agree to the terms and conditions! But watched a 2 minute video and got it figured out with no issues! As soon as I got that solved the computer immediately updated! Which was great! I was also concerned about that! But for what it’s worth and the experience I had I think it’s definitely worth the gamble! All in all great buy and great computer for the price! I hope this helps!

No stars. I’ve had the MacBook longer than the warranty permits but hardly used it, only to store photos and memories. I turned it on recently and a blinking folder appeared. I tried every method from every YouTube video to fix it but my drive is now corrupted and no longer recongnized on the laptop. I informed the seller but ofc they didn’t want to do squat about it. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Honestly for refurbished this is AMAZING! Started up immediately, had a few updates and is ready to go. Runs amazing, great battery life, perfect screen and keyboard (although caps lock does stick sometimes,,), and its sleek and light which I’m loving.

UPDATE: Not sure why but after 3 days I was able to get Sims 4 downloaded onto it. It still has some issues with overheating & battery but other than that so far so good. I only bought for sims 4 & it doesn’t work. It won’t load the EA page & even after trying Steam & Origin it will not work. I will say the packaging it came in was great, bubble wrapped & the charger was wrapped. The keyboard lights up but barely. There was some small scratches & one of the corners was dented up pretty good but the inside of it was in great condition, the screen, keyboard, touch pad, etc. The battery/bottom of the laptop gets extremely hot after only 5 minutes of being on. The battery will show its dead but after charging it a few minutes it will say fully charged then die again after 1-2hours, so I'm not sure if thats a glitch or what’s going on with that. Overall I’m sure it would work great for google searches or watching movies if that’s your thing but i can use my phone for all of that. I would rather send back & invest in a dell/HP or other device i know works great. My whole ecosystem is Apple except my laptops & i am reminded with this purchase as to why that is. I’m so sad, I really wanted to love this product, I had it in my cart for months.

I got this for my son for Christmas because he starting college in January. He loves it. He was super excited to have a MacBook and he is enjoying every minute of it. I recommend this product if you’re looking for a laptop 10 out of ten.

Going through most of these reviews I was reluctant to buy this for my wife as a Christmas present. A lot of people were reporting a completely dead or unusable product. I took my chances and maybe it was just me but I got a basically new Mac-Book, I've been testing it and updating it for over 2 days now - not a single scratch, everything works fine, come with original charger. Haven't ran into one problem yet. My one and only complaint which is virtually impossible when buying something renewed, is the battery life. Even then I was quite surprised that the battery life on the one I bought was maintained very well. It runs about 5-7 hours with one charge. Which is outstanding in my opinion for a renewed product. I would totally recommend buying this, and if it's not what it was advertised, you can always return and get another one within 90 days.

I know it’s a refurbished/renewed MacBook Air but one of the key factors why I bought this was the battery life of at least 8 hours. I had this charged through out the day and unplugged it over night. As soon as I had turned it in the battery was at 10 % level. Shocking because I didn’t have anything left on running. It was on sleep mode. I wanted to test it out and see. During use it would only last about 3 hours and I’m just surfing the web. The MacBook Air is known for its long battery life. But not this one. Oh well. It did come in pretty good shape and it runs great. I’ll just have replace the battery at some point.

La verdad llego en muy buenas condiciones unos ligeros rayones imperceptibles, cargador original aunque un poco sucio y caja genérica pero muy bien protegido jala muy bien se pudo actualizar hasta el Monterey y corre excelente, en condición de batería muy bien la verdad el equipo supongo que era nuevo y sólo lo vendieron cómo reacondicionado por los rayones porque sólo tenía 2 ciclos completos y uno de esos lo realicé yo, me queda una muy grata experiencia porque es como si la hubiera comprado nueva por mucho más de la mitad de precio
