Zelite does it again. Utility knives are one of my most used knives around the kitchen. Whether it's slicing an apple or deboning chicken, this works amazingly well. Like all of the Zelite knives I own, this is incredibly sharp. When you go to cut a carrot, without really any effort, it just *grips* the carrot. No chance of it rolling away from under the knife as you start to press down. It's so impressive! The feel of the handle in your hand is really nice as well - it's very very comfortable and ergonomic. So as you work with the knife, it doesn't ever feel awkward, and gives you very precise control. The size is exactly right for a utility knife. It's bigger than a paring knife (but can be used as a paring knife), but not so big as a full size chef knife or Santoku, and so it gives you finer control. This is an abosolutely fantastic entry-level blade. Far superior to other utility knives that I've had, but still at a reasonable price! If you are looking for a basic set of kitchen knives to replace others you have, are looking to upgrade, or just love great knives, this is a fantastic place to start! Next to a solid chef knife (Zelite has an array of amazing chef knives at various price points), a utility knife like this may just be one of the most important to have on hand in the kitchen. If you are looking for a great knife, you won't be disappointed when you buy this one!

Étonnant : coupe vraiment bien. Bien équilibré. Un bon poids. Une bonne garde pour une bonne prise. Il est vraiment bien et je m'en sers pour tout. Seul défaut pour moi: je trouve le talon pas assez important (mais c'est moi) : on ne peut pas vraiment mettre la lame abaissée jusqu'au talon (sur sa planche à découper par exemple) tout en gardant des doigts sous le manche. Il faut prendre des couteaux plus longs pour avoir ça...

The Zelite Infinity Utility Knife arrived with the recently reviewed Santoku knife exactly like the seller said it would on the date specified on purchase. Again the Uber cool and quality box that the knife is packaged in is the first thing you notice. This gives a great first impression and once you get the knife in your hand you realise that no attention to detail has been spared to ensure that there is extremely high quality throughout the product. The utility knife itself feels very comfortable in the hand and though small has a very good weight distribution and whilst only using it for a short time the grip is very comfortable for my smallish hands. My 14 year old daughter used it whilst chopping up the food for her Guinea pig and she found it extremely easy to use. Our previous knives would cause her problems with cutting through the carrots that the Guineas love. Although smaller than the Sanoku, the blade is equally sharp again this is exactly what you would expect in a high end knife, and the Zelite Utility knife certainly doesn't disappoint, this knife also has fantastic edge retention and whilst the knife is brand new you get the impression that due to the quality the sharpness will last a long time. As well as being used to prepare the Guinea pig food in its first outing it cut through the smaller items of food such a leek, carrot, mushrooms effortlessly. I can see this knife being the most frequently used in our household. Overall a fantastic addition to my kitchen and I can't recommend this product highly enough. Well done Zelite and producing a high quality and Uber cool product and what a range this company seem to be providing.
